I awoke this morning at 7:15am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, took my pills and put out my flag. Happy Blog Belated Birthday Erin, I hope you had a wonderful dinner last night. Mike is going to check on when we made our request for the M.S. Walk last year today/tonight. I am going to make an attempt to contact my neurologist and talk about those pills I was taking and stopped in August, and maybe renew them. I still haven't checked with the Molly Malone dance studio to see if they have a studio in Vancouver as Katie can't drive with her Crons disease, but I did remember the name of the treatment; Tysabri and maybe I'll even talk to my neurologist about it for me also. I haven't found out where Kashmir Washington is for Betsy and Larry, they have heard it is always 70 degrees there and dry; IN WASHINGTON??.
Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and I got an email from him and he is looking for help to get on Skype and I will see what I can do? He is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.
I found out that I should be able to put a “link” to my blog on my face book page but I still didn't get 'er done yet.
I spoke with Mike yesterday and he did say the turnout for brother Coyles funeral was substantial and I am sorry I missed it.
I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again because I didn't make it. So please add him and his family to your prayers also.
***For Brother's Bill's and Brother Dick's families***
Prayer to St. Jude for Eternal Life
You are my solace, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will guide my heart away from the darkness of fear and into the light of Christ. May the hope that St. Jude keeps alive in my heart be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope, we know God's mercy, and we trust God's promise of eternal life. My soul longs for the fullness of life, which is only to be revealed when I meet my Maker in heaven. Stay by my side, St. Jude, so that my soul will always know the power of your healing love.
Amen.
I did get 3 appeal letters from the trust, including the appointment of the trust attorney, they must have killed a couple trees, but they did say I HAVE to fill them out and send them in, which I did. The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I hope I haven't missed it.
God grant that I may live to fish until my dying day, And when it comes to my last cast, I then must humbly pray. When in the Lord's safe landing net I'm peacefully asleep, that in His mercy, I be judged............Good enough to keep.
**** My daily prayer, is to Mary Mother of God…..”O Most Blessed Mother, heart of love, heart of mercy, ever listening, caring, consoling, hear our prayer. As your children we implore your intercession with Jesus your Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you today, the welcoming of Uncle Sandy, Frances's aunt, good friends Bob Spicher, Jim Fox, brother Dick Coyle, and good friend Bill Gallagers father into the house of the Lord; cousin Mick, nephew Arron, Kelli's Mom, good family friend Pat Percin, and those who are having health issues; protecting Christopher and all in need. We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help ALL of us, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever, Amen.”
Thank You, Mother Mary, for your help and assistance, especially for BRINGING DANIEL HOME SAFELY,; for the safe delivery of Brandee's new baby girl, Larry's big win, Mick and Gloria; and those, NOW covered with Health Care.
I know I have been repeating things, apparently too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S. REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen and I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N. At noon. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved compound pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. (relapsing remitting I think) and I think she saw a marked change in her balance. She has gone from using a walker, to using a cane, to needing nothing. I understand it is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive, Judi and I both noticed that I haven't been walking so good so I will make an appointment with my neurologist before my golf trip. My BP is 126/80/66 at 8:30am.

CHECK OUT PAST BLOGS FOR THE Top 5 Social Security Myths. I am only going to list the first one from now on, as it is the biggest, as far as I'm concerned and I will save the space.
Myth #1: Social Security is going broke.
Reality: There is no Social Security crisis. By 2023, Social Security will have a $4.6 trillion surplus (yes, trillion with a 'T'). It can pay out all scheduled benefits for the next quarter-century with no changes whatsoever. After 2037, it'll still be able to pay out 75% of scheduled benefits—and again, that's without any changes. The program started preparing for the Baby Boomers' retirement decades ago. Anyone who insists Social Security is broke probably wants to break it themselves.
The nation's retirement deficit; the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement--is a staggering $6.6 trillion. Yet there are calls to cut Social Security, fewer people have pensions and 401(k)s have been decimated. It's time to wake up Washington and tell lawmakers to keep their hands off of Social Security and fix our patchwork private retirement system.

The Trailblazers are off to a good start, even though they lost those close ones in Oklahoma City (Seattle) and New Orleans, but they are back on the winning track now, and it is only fitting they have dedicated the season in the memory of Maurice Lucas, the bad news is, it appears Brandon Roy's knees are becoming a problem for him.
THE DUCKS ARE STILL WINNING AND DESERVE THAT #1 RANKING, IT SURE WAS A GOOD ONE SATURDAY.
Mr. Angelos, sir, you should have your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid, that is playing fall ball for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been trying to follow his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff; based on what I've read he will be making a wonderful closer, and after the World Series results Texas could sure have used him.

AND M.S. WALK RECRUITMENT BEGINS
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:15am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3-, took my pills and put out my flag. The lawn guys came by at 7:40am and got most; not all, of the leaves, leaves, everywhere and I will have to sweep again today and maybe even try to rake. I am going to make an attempt to make the CPBT Eboard meeting today and start recruiting for the M.S. Walk. I haven't checked with the Molly Malone dance studio to see if they have a studio in Vancouver as Katie can't drive with her Crons disease, but I did remember the name of the treatment; Tysabri.
I haven't found out where Kashmir Washington is for Betsy and Larry, they have heard it is always 70 degrees there and dry; IN WASHINGTON??.
I also spoke with the airline as my $100 was routed to the wrong person, she also said I shouldn't have any trouble traveling with my scooter. I called them this morning and “it appears” they have got it straight now? I also found the golf course on the web and forwarded the link to Mike and he said he got it. It looks like a great 27 hole course. Now I'll try to find out what the weather may be like the first of December.
Now that the elections are complete it appears the President is going to have a rough two more years and I think I will start my own TEA PARTY; Take Everyone Along.
I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again as I didn't make good friend and brother, Dick Coyle's funeral Friday, but I did send a funeral spread from our family to Dick's from our neighbors flower store, Mt Scott Flowers so please add him and his family to your prayers also.
Amen.
I will keep the connection to the Komen Walk as I think they are still taking donations.
At noon. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. My BP is 129/80/68 at 8:30am.

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.
Well, here we go......(John Bohener as Speaker of the house), BACK to the BUSH years? (that is in this new Contract on America)

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.
The nation's retirement deficit; the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement, is a staggering $6.6 trillion. Yet there are calls to cut Social Security, fewer people have pensions and 401(k)s have been decimated. It's time to wake up Washington and tell lawmakers to keep their hands off of Social Security and fix our patchwork private retirement system.
Well, here we go......(John Bohener as Speaker of the house), BACK to the BUSH years? (that is in this new Contract on America)

The Trailblazers are off to a good start, even though they lost those close ones in Oklahoma City (Seattle) and New Orleans, and it is only fitting they have dedicated the season in the memory of Maurice Lucas.

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched the commission on the B.P. Disaster and, from here, it looks like the beginning of a cover up.

MICK and CHRISTOPHER, stay positive and we will meet on the golf course and I will take it easy on both of you. I did take my clubs out of the back seat, at least until it's time for that BULL SESSION TRIP.
May love and laughter light your days
And warm your heart and homes
May good and faithful friends be yours wherever you may roam
May peace and plenty bless your world with joy that long endures
May all life's passing seasons bring the best to you and yours
Whether you attend a church service, a Mosque, GLBT gathering, or Synagogue service, please say a prayer that God; yours, mine or ours; keeps our service men and women in the Palm of their hand.
Mike; My blog is 4 pages, and over 2,000 words today, I think.
I awoke this morning at 7:15am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, took my pills and put out my flag. Leaves, leaves, everywhere and I had to sweep again today. I spoke with Nephew Steve yesterday and he picked up the family at the airport yesterday afternoon and they had a good flight and welcome home Katie, Kaylynn and Austin. I am going to check with the Molly Malone dance studio and see if they have a studio in Vancouver as Katie can't drive with her Crons disease, but I did remember the name of the treatment; Tysabri. I am going to try to find out where Kashmir Washington is for Betsy and Larry, they have heard it is always 70 degrees there and dry; WASHINGTON??.
I also got a phone call from the airline as my $100 was routed to the wrong person, she also said I shouldn't have any trouble traveling with my scooter. I called them this morning and “it appears” they have got it straight now? I also found the golf course on the web and forwarded the link to Mike. It looks like a great 27 hole course.
Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and I got an email from him yesterday morning, we both agreed his leave was definitely too short and he is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.
I found out that I should be able to put a “link” to my blog on my face book page but I still didn't get 'er done yet.

Amen.
I will keep the connection to the Komen Walk as I think they are still taking donations.
At noon. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. My BP is 118/80/67 at 9:30am.

WELCOME HOME KATIE, KAYLYNN, AND AUSTIN
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:30am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 2+, took my pills and put out my flag. I had a good morning text from brother Marty waiting for me when I turned my phone on out on the deck. Leaves, leaves, everywhere and I just swept it yesterday. I spoke with Nephew Steve yesterday and he was picking up the family at the airport yesterday afternoon and I hope they had a good flight and welcome home Katie, Kaylynn and Austin. I did get the 2 appeal letters from the trust, they must have killed a couple trees, but they did say I HAVE to fill them out and send them in, then I got another call from Kaisr that said I have to get the Attorney to fill out a form. I received another letter from Kaiser that says I have to “appoint” the trust attorney to represent me. Then yesterday we received a solicitation letter from Kaiser addressed to someone I never heard of, at our address, to see if they were interested in Kaiser services? The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I hope I haven't missed it.
I have talked to Brother Mike and he will accompany me to my BULL Session Vegas trip on November 29th. I did make the Airline reservations and we have to come up with $50 each for an extension of the tickets and I got that in the mail, and I still have not received the airline confirmation so I should call them tomorrow. I think I'll go on line to check out the golf course and weather report.

The nation's retirement deficit--the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement--is a staggering $6.6 trillion.

CHRIS IS ALMOST BACK TO HIS POST; KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 6:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, and put out my flag. Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and I got an email from him this morning, we both agreed his leave was definitely too short and he is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.
I know that I should be able to put a “link” to my blog on my face book page but I didn't get 'er done yet.
Now that the elections are complete it appears the President is going to have a rough two more years and I think I will start my own TEA PARTY; Take Everyone Along.
I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again as I didn't make good friend and brother, Dick Coyle's funeral yesterday, so please add him and his family to your prayers also.
Amen.
I will keep the connection to the Komen Walk as I think they are still taking donations. The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I am seriously considering it.
I have talked to Brother Mike and he will accompany me to my BULL Session Vegas trip on November 29th. I did make the Airline reservations and we have to come up with $50 each for an extension of the tickets and I got that in the mail, and I hope I get an airline confirmation soon or I suppose I should call them.
So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen. I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N.. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. (relapsing remitting I think) and I think she saw a marked change in her balance. She has gone from using a walker, to using a cane, to needing nothing. I understand it is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive, Judi and I both noticed that I haven't been walking so good so I suppose I should make an appointment with my neurologist; and I did get my 2 appeal letters in the mail and one Attorney appointment also. My BP is 109/78/64 at 9:30am.

I think there will be some dislocated fingers from the pointing going on between the panel of KILLERS !
Considering mine disasters, after what Chile has accomplished, should we feel like we live in a 3rd world country?

Mike; My blog is 4 pages, and over 1850 words today, I think.
I awoke this morning at 6:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, and put out my flag. Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and his leave was definitely too short and a prayer a day from all my readers would sure make me feel better. I don't feel good enough to be going to Brother Coyles Funeral, but I did get a floral spread yesterday from my next door neighbor's at Mt. Scott flowers and they will deliver it today. I am not sure when I will be able to post because we changed over to comcast yesterday and we are did make an wyfi connection.
I found out that I should be able to put a “link” to my blog on my face book page but I didn't get 'er done yet.
Now that the elections are complete it appears the President is going to have a rough two more years and I think I will start my own TEA PARTY; Take Everyone Along.
I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again as I won't be going to good friend and brother, Dick Coyle's funeral Today. so please add him and his family to your prayers also.
**For Brother's Bill's and Brother Dick's families**
Prayer to St. Jude for Eternal Life
You are my solace, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will guide my heart away from the darkness of fear and into the light of Christ. May the hope that St. Jude keeps alive in my heart be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope, we know God's mercy, and we trust God's promise of eternal life. My soul longs for the fullness of life, which is only to be revealed when I meet my Maker in heaven. Stay by my side, St. Jude, so that my soul will always know the power of your healing love.
Amen.
I will keep the connection to the Komen Walk as I think they are still taking donations. The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I am seriously considering it.
I have talked to Brother Mike and he will accompany me to my BULL Session Vegas trip on November 29th. I did make the Airline reservations and we have to come up with $50 each for an extension of the tickets and I got that in the mail, and I hope I get an airline confirmation today or I should call them.
My BP is 125/74/59 at 11:10am.

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.
The nation's retirement deficit--the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement--is a staggering $6.6 trillion.

I awoke this morning at 6am today after 7+hrs of sleep to a 2, with a lot of lower back pain, took my regular pills and put on my back cast. and put out my flag. I am skipping the LERA conference because of my back pain and it would have been too much to attempt today. I called Burton last night and informed him and he was all right with it and said he would recruit Paul Stukenschnider. Christopher is headed back to Afghanistan and his leave was definitely too short and a prayer a day from all my readers would sure make me feel better.
I am still checking all of the “election results” because I am not sure if they are all in.
I found out that I should be able to put a “link” to my blog on my face book page but I didn't get 'er done yet.
Now that the elections are complete it appears the President is going to have a rough two more years and I think I will start my own TEA PARTY; Take Everyone Along. I watched Oregon Voters Digest Sunday night and it appears that Bob, Bruce and their guests would be amenable but they left no time for me to call in.
I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again as I received a lot of email about it and found out I lost a good friend and brother, Dick Coyle, his funeral is Friday, and I will make every attempt to make it, so please add him and his family to your prayers also.
Amen.
The two Irishmen I met before the AOH meeting this month were very helpful and we had a nice conversation, one who's wife, Maire Cullen, has a radio show on KBOO 90.7 FM called Radio Free Ireland every third Friday from 11am to noon; I will definitely be catching it. The sad news I got at the meeting was that Bill G. was in San Francisco for his fathers funeral. He did say he was starting a new job at (KATU TV, I think)
I have added another charity from a potential W.O.W. Women candidate and good friend Molly Smithson. Help her if you can.
Now that I have heard how things are with Bill Gallagher I hope you all keep him in your prayers also. I still have to call the Molly Malone dance studio again, as even both the 2 street vendors recommended them as did David O', and get the particulars for Kay Lynn and Kennedy although I'm not sure when they will be back from Phoenix.
I will keep the connection to the Komen Walk as I think they are still taking donations. I did get the 2 appeal letters from the trust, they must have killed a couple trees, but they did say I HAVE to fill them out and send them in, then I got another call from Kaisr that said I have to get the Attorney to fill out a form. The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I am seriously considering it.
I have talked to Brother Mike and he will accompany me to my BULL Session Vegas trip on November 29th. I did make the Airline reservations and we have to come up with $50 each for an extension of the tickets and I got that in the mail, and I hope I get a confirmation soon, it's just 9 day's now.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone. Keep up the heat.
I will say thank you to any and all that helped Larry. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan was his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send Larry a check, and you can too. I would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he won I think they can still use the funds.
I understand it is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive, Judi and I both noticed that I haven't been walking so good so I suppose I should make an appointment with my neurologist; and I did get my 2 appeal letters in the mail. My BP is 124/88/61 at 8am.

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.
I'm sure glad Senator Merkley's and Senator Cantwell's votes weren't canceled.
The nation's retirement deficit--the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement--is a staggering $6.6 trillion.
If your looking for that little piece that was forwarded from my Uncle Hank; you will have to also check the past blog, “NO, HELL NO”!

Hey Journey Group,
I just updated my page on the Playing for Others website, www.playingforothers.org. I’d be thrilled if you checked out my new adventures with PFO and my progress in reaching my fundraising goal. You can also check out PFO’s latest newsletter at http://www.playingforothers.org/2010/october-newsletter-2. As always thank you so much for your support!

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I am watching the the commission on the B.P. Disaster right now. I think there will be some dislocated fingers from the pointing going on between the panel of KILLERS !
Considering mine disasters, after what Chile has accomplished, should we feel like we live in a 3rd world country?

OTHER STUFF AND COMMUNICATIONS
As much animosity this election season has generated I would ask all candidates to take their opponent out for a beer, a cup of coffee, or even a cup of tea and lets all get back to making this country great.
MICK and CHRISTOPHER, stay positive and we will meet on the golf course and I will take it easy on both of you. I did take my clubs out of the back seat, at least until it's time for that BULL SESSION TRIP; 9 day's.
***For Brother's Bill's and Dick's families***
May love and laughter light your days
And warm your heart and homes
May good and faithful friends be yours wherever you may roam
May peace and plenty bless your world with joy that long endures
May all life's passing seasons bring the best to you and yours
Whether you attend a church service, a Mosque, GLBT gathering, or Synagogue service, please say a prayer that God; yours, mine or ours; keeps our service men and women in the Palm of their hand.
