I awoke this morning at 7:30am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. I missed posting yesterday but all was well; as I was very busy chasing down my Kaiser issues without much luck. I must have raised a sufficient amount of fuss, between Kaiser and Lou, but still have nothing resolved, but I did get 2 phone calls from Lou and 3 from Kaiser today. I will be ordering my new driver today; I hope!
My neighbor Sergio, from across the street brought us over a beautiful Chinook Steak to night he got while he was out getting wood, 2 cords and a couple of Salmon; he had a great day obviously! I did also get my drivers license renewed today; and after 6 trips it's done and I found out today I should have been able to get it all done on that first trip a month ago. I also changed my cell phone carrier from ATT to Credo because they put a few cents from my bill towards a number of progressive programs I like and by ordering today a get a new free phone and do not have to change my number.
My local has had a rough week also; as I have lost 3 good brothers and it is going to be impossible for me to make all three services.
I will keep the press announcement on the appointment of our General President and the blog address for the U.S. Trade representative.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone. Keep the heat on.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 115/60/66 at 8pm.

The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada or "UA" as it is commonly known, is a multi-craft union whose members are engaged in the fabrication, installation and servicing of piping systems. There are approximately 326,000 highly-skilled United Association members who belong to over 300 individual local unions across North America.
Ambassador Kirk and General President Hite discussed ways in which his organization could work with USTR to continue on the path of economic growth as well as the many benefits of international trade.

When you hear about the new health reform law these days, too much talk is focused on the political.
What I've found is that most Americans just want to know how this new law helps their families stay healthy,and how it reduces their costs.
The first thing I tell people who ask about the Affordable Care Act is that, for moms like me, it makes our lives easier. It gives families control over their own care. And it gives us the comfort of knowing that our insurance will be there when we need it most; especially if we get sick. Then I tell them that it gets better, but there's a lot to know. To help, this administration has set up HealthCare.gov, where folks can see customized information about how care will improve for their families.
So much of what makes this law great is its emphasis on preventive care -- right now, too many people aren't getting the check-ups or the screenings they need to stay healthy. Twelve percent of kids haven't seen a doctor in the past year. And 59 million adults, and 11 million children depend on an insurance plan that does not cover basic immunizations.
Health reform is changing that. Under this new law, all new private plans will provide basic preventive services -- things like childhood immunizations and checkups, mammograms, colonoscopies, cervical screenings, and treatment for high blood pressure, absolutely free of charge. No copay. No deductible. No co-insurance needed.
And, on HealthCare.gov, you can not only learn what preventive steps will help keep your family healthy, but also what insurance coverage options are available based on your needs.
A focus on prevention will help us to combat diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure; chronic illnesses that right now lead to seven of ten deaths in the United States and 75 percent of our national health care costs.
And it will help us tackle an issue that is dear to my heart; childhood obesity. As some of you know one of my top priorities as First Lady is the Let's Move! campaign, where we have made it our goal to put a stop to the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation, so children who are born today grow up at a healthy weight.

I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon it is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee and it's only $240.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

38 YEARS IN THE UNITED ASSOCIATION
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:30am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. I did play golf yesterday with Mike, Gil and his son in law. Mike was my “Wally Catcher” and Gresham was dry and navigable, and I actually had a birdie putt, but Mike talked me out of it. And today is actually the 38th anniversary of my initiation into the U.A..
I will keep the press announcement on the appointment of our General President and the blog address for the U.S. Trade representative.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.

When you hear about the new health reform law these days, too much talk is focused on the political.
What I've found is that most Americans just want to know how this new law helps their families stay healthy -- and how it reduces their costs.
The first thing I tell people who ask about the Affordable Care Act is that, for moms like me, it makes our lives easier. It gives families control over their own care. And it gives us the comfort of knowing that our insurance will be there when we need it most -- especially if we get sick. Then I tell them that it gets better, but there's a lot to know. To help, this administration has set up HealthCare.gov, where folks can see customized information about how care will improve for their families.
So much of what makes this law great is its emphasis on preventive care -- right now, too many people aren't getting the check-ups or the screenings they need to stay healthy. Twelve percent of kids haven't seen a doctor in the past year. And 59 million adults -- and 11 million children -- depend on an insurance plan that does not cover basic immunizations.
Health reform is changing that. Under this new law, all new private plans will provide basic preventive services -- things like childhood immunizations and checkups, mammograms, colonoscopies, cervical screenings, and treatment for high blood pressure -- absolutely free of charge. No copay. No deductible. No co-insurance needed.
And, on HealthCare.gov, you can not only learn what preventive steps will help keep your family healthy, but also what insurance coverage options are available based on your needs.
A focus on prevention will help us to combat diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure -- chronic illnesses that right now lead to seven of ten deaths in the United States and 75 percent of our national health care costs.
And it will help us tackle an issue that is dear to my heart -- childhood obesity. As some of you know one of my top priorities as First Lady is the Let's Move! campaign, where we have made it our goal to put a stop to the challenge of childhood obesity within a generation, so children who are born today grow up at a healthy weight.

I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon it is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

THE U.A. LEADS THE WAY
PERSONAL
I didn't awake this morning at until 9am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. I am going to play some golf today with Mike, Gil and his son in law. Mike will be my “Wally Catcher” and Gresham should be dry and navigable. I have also added the press announcement on the appointment of our General President and the blog address for the U.S. Trade representative.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I did put “My reading recommendations” on the blog but it didn't get on the front page and I am still working on that.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 124/80/58 at 12:15pm.

SAM ADAMS - WE NEED THOSE CRC JOBS !!

I didn't awake this morning at until 9am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. The Union meeting last night was a good one and I did catch brother Mike and Gil for dinner at Applebees and didn't remember to take the dimensions for my “Back Yard Birds” table but I did take my BULL session Founders award I thanked the membership for their support of both THE BULL SESSION and WALLY'S WALKERS. I got home from the meeting about 11pm and had a cold beer and went to bed.

I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 128/84/56 at 11am.

Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon that is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee.

Especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I didn't awake this morning at until 9am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. The Union meeting last night was a good one and I did catch brother Mike and Gil for dinner at Applebees and didn't remember to take the dimensions for my “Back Yard Birds” table but I did take my BULL session Founders award I thanked the membership for their support of both THE BULL SESSION and WALLY'S WALKERS. I got home from the meeting about 11pm and had a cold beer and went to bed.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I did put “My reading recommendations” on the blog but it didn't get on the front page and I am still working on that.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone.

I awoke this morning at 6:15am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3- with a stuffy head. Union meeting tonight and I will try to catch brother Mike for dinner and remember to take the dimensions for my “Back Yard Birds” table. The DOW is down over 200+ points today.

M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 124/77/56 at 11:50am.

Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

Speaking of struggling teams, Go Orioles; and Peter have your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid that is playing for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon that is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee.

Especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

WE NOW HAVE FINANCIAL REFORM
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:45am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3. I did remember to give Lou a call this morning and he said he did hear from the Kaiser rep and they were working on my issue. I went to B.T. yesterday and reported on the success of Wally's Walkers (#33) and John reported on the Columbia River Crossing and the coalition formed to get it done. He wrote an excellent letter concerning the jobs to be created and the efforts of the “Enviromentalists” to shut them down and start all over. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway so I will be repetitive again today. I didn't get to Brent Barton's Town Hall with AARP but if you can; help him out Saturday.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space.
I did put “My reading recommendations” on the blog but it didn't get on the front page.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

WELCOME RACHEL MADDOW

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 137/80/57 at 9:15am.

Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon that is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee.

Especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I went to B.T. yesterday and reported on the success of Wally's Walkers (#33) and John reported on the Columbia River Crossing and the coalition formed to get it done. He wrote an excellent letter concerning the jobs to be created and the efforts of the “Enviromentalists” to shut it down and start all over. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway so I will be repetitive again today. I didn't get to Brent Barton's Town Hall with AARP yesterday but I'm sure they don't know what is going on with my “Joe Biden” check? I also watched the Rachel Maddow Show last night and she has a Blog now and I will try to get a direct connection for everyone.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I did put “My reading recommendations” on the blog but it didn't get on the front page.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears to me now that they are not alone.

Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

SUNRISE WATER, WE'VE GOT A LEAK IN THE STREET
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. We had a wonderful time last night with dinner (hot wings) with Peg, Eric, Lacy, Shelly and her Mom and Dad. Shelly's Dad spotted a water leak in the street and Eric called the water district and they sent a kid out right away. It still looked like there was a small leak this morning. I will remember to give Lou or the Kaiser rep a call this morning. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. I will be repetitive again today, I am rooted for Spain, for no particular reason except I remember Dan Villa in Anaconda when I was growing up and Spain has a Villa on their team, and they won. I am also going to Brent Barton's Town Hall with AARP today and maybe they can tell me what is going on with my “Joe Biden” check?
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the other coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space but I will keep the following for a while longer.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
This will be the last direct blog comment on the following but I will try to put “My reading recommendations” on the front page, I think I got that done yesterday, but I don't know for sure yet.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book, more so now that the Beavers have decided to move. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.

I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 122/78/60 at 8:45am.

Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?
DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE “LITTLE” PEOPLE IN THE GULF, WAITING ON ALL THAT B.P. OIL TO COME ASHORE WOULD RATHER HAVE HAD AN L.N.G. PLANT? ( this is for all my Oregon Anti LNG readers) Even Hailey Barbour and Bobby Jindal are pissed now.

Speaking of struggling teams, Go Orioles; and Peter have your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid that is playing for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College. I checked on the website of the Southern California Ranger and they did not list Michael Ross so I hope to hear from him on what is going on.
I am also going to get me a new Driver, on Amazon that is supposed to pick me up another 20/30 yards off the tee.

Especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I PICK SPAIN - THE OTHER SUPERBOWL
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 9am today after 10+hrs of sleep to a 3. I had a wonderful time at Daniel's 30 B.D. Party last night and I did get his and Stevie's card to them both. It was sure wonderful to see Brandi Walters and her sorta new baby, Cooper, along with everyone else. I will remember to give Lou or the Kaiser rep a call tomorrow. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. I'm getting ready for the start of the World Cup Final, so I will be repetitive again today, I am rooting for Spain, for no particular reason except I remember Dan Villa in Anaconda when I was growing up and Spain has a Villa on their team.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the other coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space but I will keep the following for a while longer.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
This will be the last (guess not) direct blog comment on the following but I will try to put “My reading recommendations” on the front page.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book, more so now that the Beavers have decided to move. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

HAPPY 30TH DANIEL
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 8:45am today after 10+hrs of sleep to a 3. I haven't heard from either Lou or the Kaiser rep yet, but Lou said to give him a call Monday. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. It was warm but with a little breeze first thing. We are going to head over to Daniels later today about 4pm for his 30th birthday. I forgot Stevie's, so I will be taking him a card also. I will split the 2 Beavers game tickets I got for building trades night on August 19th. They announced last night that they were moving to Southern California so having a ticket stub from their last year would be a good thing I think. I am watching the Cubs beat the Dodgers as we speak.

I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 1115/80/65 at 11:50am.

Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?
DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE “LITTLE” PEOPLE IN THE GULF, WAITING ON ALL THAT B.P. OIL TO COME ASHORE WOULD RATHER HAVE HAD AN L.N.G. PLANT? ( this is for all my Oregon Anti LNG readers) Even Hailey Barbour and Bobby Jindal are pissed now.

Speaking of struggling teams, Go Orioles; and Peter have your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid that is playing for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I awoke this morning at 8:45am today after 10+hrs of sleep to a 3. I haven't heard from either Lou or the Kaiser rep yet, but Lou said to give him a call Monday. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. It was warm but with a little breeze first thing. We are going to head over to Daniels later today about 4pm for his 30th birthday. I forgot Stevie's, so I will be taking him a card also. I will split the 2 Beavers game tickets I got for building trades night on August 19th. They announced last night that they were moving to Southern California so having a ticket stub from their last year would be a good thing I think. I am watching the Cubs beat the Dodgers as we speak.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the other coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space but I will keep the following for a while longer.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” and I still haven't filled it out yet but I am supposed to call Lou Monday and maybe there will be no need. I checked my e-mails and did not realize I have been on that LDN since October last year.
This will be the last direct blog comment on the following but I will try to put “My reading recommendations” on the front page.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book, more so now that the Beavers have decided to move. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.
