The good news is after a really hot shower and plenty of biofreeze for my back, I did make it over to Senator Wyden's office and delivered a briefcase full of my Kaiser, Social Security, and Medicare STUFF. Thank you Barbara.
The bad news is because my back went out yesterday and I don't think I got more than 3 hours of sleep at a time last night, even with plenty of biofreeze on my back I missed my O.M.S.N. meeting this morning. Sorry people. :-(
