JEREMIAH GETS REVENGE ! AND I LEAVE TOWN FOR A COUPLE DAYS

PERSONAL:

I awoke this morning at 8am today after 7+hrs of sleep to a 3-, took my pills, it was wet outside but 40 degrees. I did have a sinus headache which was the reason for the 3-, I didn't get home from Daniels poker party until after midnight so a late bedtime, and too many cigarettes yesterday I think. I did make the final table; I didn't finish in “the money” and Jeremiah got a little revenge from my 1st party and I did take out the only jerk that was there and had an awesome time and then I then went out to feed the birds.

I watched Christene Amanpour on “This Week” and she had Warren Buffet, Bill and Melinda Gates, Ted Turner and another Billionaire “Hedge Fund” manager that was very good and it was about their new “Give Back” philanthropic program that was also really good. The Hedge Fund manager actually got quite emotional; and they all agreed that they were not concerned with paying “more” taxes.

I still have to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and the tax cuts; from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list. Tom Delay is at his place on the “ZERO” list, it was well earned, being he IS a FELON now. I did get some more bird seed as the birds visit each morning and I think I will try to get my “table” done today as I think I have all the makings now, it shouldn't take to long, I just need to back the care out of the garage a little to make room to work on it.

Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and he is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day for him from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.

I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again for Andrew McVey's Mother and because I didn't make it to Dick's funeral. I did get a real nice card from Dick's wife for the funeral spread we sent, so please add them to your prayers also.

I know I have been repeating things, apparently too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.

M.S. REPORT:

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen and I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N., at noon. I hope to start that brand new FDA approved pill, Ampyra, as soon as I get back from Vegas. My BP is 113/73/60 at 11:45am.

POLITICAL:

The unemployment extension failed in the house and based on what I am hearing on the “middle class” tax cut I'm thinking the additions to the “ZERO LIST” will be really lengthening my blog. Groceries vs Greed !

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.

CHECK OUT PAST BLOGS FOR THE Top 5 Social Security Myths. I am only going to list the first one from now on, as it is the biggest, as far as I'm concerned and I will save the space.

It's time to wake up Washington and tell lawmakers to keep their hands off of Social Security and FIX our patchwork private retirement system.

Mr. Angelos, sir, I hope you have had your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid, that played fall ball for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been trying to follow his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff; based on what I've read he will be making a wonderful closer. I spoke with him and he is moving up from A ball to AA and he told me he has developed a GREAT knuckleball, clocked at 79mph, and after the World Series results Texas could sure have used him.

The planning for the 2011 Hood to Coast in August has started already and Judi has signed up for the walk part, and we are recruiting for the 2011 M.S. Walk which is in April. ALL HELP APPRECIATED.

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched the commission on the B.P. Disaster and, from here, it looks like the beginning of a cover up.

I also forgot to say Thank You to my friend Jose, for that wonderful story I read at my sisters thanksgiving celebration.

We got a call last night from Larry and Betsy; they are doing well and he has finished justice of the peace classes and was waiting for his “test” results. I text Mike, Marty, Michael Ross and then Daniel, to check on poker tonight.

I still have to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and the tax cuts; from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list. I did add Tom Delay as his place was well earned, being he IS a FELON now. I did go over to the backyard bird shop and get some bird seed as the birds visit each morning with such sad looks because I haven't put any seed out for them. They did seem a little shy this morning but a couple did show up. I don't know exactly when I will be posting today, as I have need to pack for Vegas.

TOM DELAY IS A FELON

PERSONAL:

I awoke this morning at 6:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, took my pills, the south deck thermometer was reading 31 degrees.

I want to wish all a Happy Thanksgiving. I spoke with uncle Hank and aunt Dorthy and Judy and Tony O'Connor this morning and left a message for Jaunita and Jack Roche and Larry and Betsy as they were not home. I am watching the weather channel because we do plan on going over to Dannette's for dinner, provided we have no freezing rain.

I still have to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and the tax cuts; from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list. I haven't checked my email yet so I don't know exactly when I will be posting today.

I did make my neurologist appointment and he did prescribe the Ampyra and they will be sending it from California, so I won't be getting it until I get back from Vegas, but he did prescribe me an ankle brace,which I picked up and that should help with golf in Vegas.

Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and he is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day for him from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.

I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again for Andrew McVey's Mother and because I didn't make it to Dick's funeral. I did get a real nice card from Dick's wife for the funeral spread we sent, so please add them to your prayers also.

M.S. REPORT:

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen and I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N., at noon. I hope to start that brand new FDA approved pill, Ampyra, as soon as I get back from Vegas. My BP is 129/84/60 at 9:30am.

The unemployment extension failed in the house and based on what I am hearing on the “middle class” tax cut I'm thinking the additions to the “ZERO LIST” will be really lengthening my blog. Groceries vs Greed !

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.

Cal Rangers, I have been trying to follow his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff; based on what I've read he will be making a wonderful closer. I spoke with him and he is moving up from A ball to AA and he told me he has developed a GREAT knuckleball, clocked at 79mph, and after the World Series results Texas could sure have used him.

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched the commission on the B.P. PERSONAL:

I awoke this morning at 7am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3, took my pills, the south deck thermometer was reading 32 degrees and it was wet so I won't put out the flag until we get over 32, and the wind and rain stops.

Brother in Law Eric came over yesterday and put the garage door opener back on the track and I moved the car back in the garage. (THANK YOU ERIC)

I still have to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and the tax cuts; from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list.

We did get a call from Molly Smithsons mom Maria yesterday and she said that Molly and her were busy getting her college stuff in order. Molly the High School Senior, sure makes me feel old.

I did contact my neurologist to get an appointment as he won't prescribe the Ampyra until after he see's me. I did check with my Primary care Dr. as the Ampyra website said to make sure I do not have Kidney issues, I'm not sure if the Ampyra warnings include Kidney stones, but I haven't had that problem for a while. I have an appointment tomorrow morning, so lets hope for decent weather.

I still haven't found out where Kashmir Washington is for Betsy and Larry; they have heard it is always 70 degrees there and dry; IN WASHINGTON??.

GREED TRUMPS GROCERIES IN US CONGRESS

PERSONAL:

I awoke this morning at 6:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3-, took my pills, the south deck thermometer was reading 22 degrees, frost on the pumpkin when I put out the flag.

I managed to pop my garage door opener off the track yesterday so my car spent the night on the street, but I didn't hear any crashes last night. Brother in Law Eric said he would come over today to help get it back on the track and I hope to put it back in the garage later today.

I am also going to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and the tax cuts; from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list. Should be some interesting “Sunday Morning” talking heads on T.V. today but also maybe some good football. I haven't checked my email yet so I don't know exactly when I will be posting.

Mr. Angelos, sir, I hope you have had your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid, that played fall ball for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been trying to follow his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff; based on what I've read he will be making a wonderful closer. I spoke with him and he is moving up from A ball to AA and he told me he has developed a GREAT knuckleball, clocked at 79mph, and after the World Series results Texas could sure have used him.

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched the commission on the B.P. Disaster and, from here, it looks like the beginning of a cover up.

I just got work that Andrew McVey's mother just died quite suddenly Tuesday night. Andrew flew to be with his father and siblings in their home in New York. His Mother and Dad were ready to celebrate their 61st Anniversary today (Thursday). Andrew has four brothers, all five are either firefighters of in law enforcement. Andrew, as you know, is a Clackamas County Sheriff's Deputy. Please keep Andrew and his family in your prayers and the prayers of my brother Hibernians. God's multitude of blessings to you, Bill.

For those of you who've yet to meet Andrew, there's a fine profile that appeared earlier this month in The Catholic Sentinel:

I did not make the Union meeting last night because I did not want to venture out in that weather. I did get the contract survey from the local but haven't sent it in yet.

I also got an email from Mary Ellen and she said Mick had his neck brace removed and the surgery was a success but it still sounds like he is in for a fairly long recovery; so keep those prayers going also.

I am also going to check on the vote for extending unemployment insurance and from the sounds of it I will be adding to my “ZERO” list.

I did contact my neurologist and talk about those new pills, Ampyra. He did tell me that Tysabri was not for me. He wants me to schedule an appointment to check my gait. I checked the website on the Ampyra and I suppose I better check my Primary care Dr. as they said on their website to make sure I do not have Kidney issues, I'm not sure if they mean Kidney stones, but I haven't had that problem for a while.

I still haven't checked with the Molly Malone dance studio to see if they have a studio in Vancouver as Katie can't drive with her Crons disease, but I did remember the name of the treatment; Tysabri and maybe I'll even talk to my neurologist about it for me also. I haven't found out where Kashmir Washington is for Betsy and Larry, they have heard it is always 70 degrees there and dry; IN WASHINGTON??.

Don't forget to say THANK YOU, to all those servicemen and women who have served or are serving. Christopher is back in Afghanistan and I got an email from him and he is looking for help to get on Skype and I am still trying to see what I can do? He is looking forward to taking down his yellow ribbon next summer; and a prayer a day for him from all my readers would sure make me feel better until then.

I will put the prayer to St. Jude in here again for Andrew McVey's Mother and because I didn't make it to Dick's funeral. So please add them to your prayers also.

I know I have been repeating things, apparently too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.

M.S. REPORT:

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen and I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N. At noon. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved compound pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. (relapsing remitting I think) and I think she saw a marked change in her balance. She has gone from using a walker, to using a cane, to needing nothing. My BP is 135/80/66 at 9am.

POLITICAL:

The unemployment extension failed in the house and based on what I am hearing on the “middle class” tax cut I'm thinking the additions to the “ZERO LIST” will be really lengthening my blog. Groceries vs Greed.

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.

CHECK OUT PAST BLOGS FOR THE Top 5 Social Security Myths. I am only going to list the first one from now on, as it is the biggest, as far as I'm concerned and I will save the space.

It's time to wake up Washington and tell lawmakers to keep their hands off of Social Security and fix our patchwork private retirement system.

I awoke this morning at 6:15am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3, took my pills. I did make the retiree meeting yesterday, and saw Jerry Rees and Joe Kosmolski and then went to lunch with Mike which was nice. I did take my stuff for my “Backyard Bird table” but Mike talked me out of getting them to build me a metal frame.

If the weather isn't too nasty I will try to make the Union meeting tonight, as I got a reminder from Brother Al and he says that one of the main discussions should be about the contract negotiations. I did get the survey from the local but haven't sent it in yet.

Mike is going to check on when we made our request for the M.S. Walk last year today/tonight. I spoke with Mike yesterday and he did say the turnout for brother Coyles funeral was substantial and I am sorry I missed it.

I did get 3 appeal letters from the trust, including the appointment of the trust attorney, they must have killed a couple trees, but they did say I HAVE to fill them out and send them in, which I did. The health care “open enrollment” is this month and I hope I haven't missed it.

M.S. REPORT

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, I have changed the LDN to coincide with my noon regimen and I am experiencing better days now that I'm doing the L.D.N. At noon. I stopped taking that brand new FDA approved compound pill on August 27th, Aminopyridine but I spoke with a guy whose sister has M.S. (relapsing remitting I think) and I think she saw a marked change in her balance. She has gone from using a walker, to using a cane, to needing nothing. I understand it is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive, Judi and I both noticed that I haven't been walking so good so I will make an appointment with my neurologist before my golf trip. My BP is 126/80/66 at 8:30am.

They got rid of the fairness doctrine for elections; I'm thinking there is a definite NEED for a TRUTH in ADVERTISING doctrine for election ads, especially now that the BUSH Supreme Court opened the flood gates for unlimited corporate spending in elections.

Anyone who insists Social Security is broke probably wants to break it themselves.

The nation's retirement deficit; the gap between your current pension/retirement savings and what you should have for retirement--is a staggering $6.6 trillion. Yet there are calls to cut Social Security, fewer people have pensions and 401(k)s have been decimated. It's time to wake up Washington and tell lawmakers to keep their hands off of Social Security and fix our patchwork private retirement system.

The American Rights at Work still needs help. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. Hopefully this will be a lame duck accomplishment, especially in light of that mine disaster in West Virginia and those Rig explosions in the Gulf. I watched the commission on the B.P. Disaster and, from here, it looks like the beginning of a cover up.
