I slept in this morning until 8:45am, after 10+ hours of sleep and awoke to a 3+, still pretty tired from the long weekend; and took my am pills. The change continues, BOY HOWDY! I did get to the Al Schropshire auction fundraiser Saturday and, in my eyes it was a resounding success, at Gloriaz; thank you Dean and Gloria and all that attended. When he announced his choice for Assistant Business Manager, you could have knocked me over with a feather. I do think tapping into over 3 ½ centuries of U.A. Proud, especially since today is the 19th year we have been without Dad and I am sure he is smiling down at all his family; it was an excellent auction, but now the work really begins, if you are a 290 member and can help; please do. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I still need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I did make it to my neighborhood banks. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world, and I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project, I guess I better get that Mary Nolan check in the mail.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank, and it was very popular at the union meeting Friday night, the rally; and the local branches here in Clackamas.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions, and they did announce they were increasing the capacity.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions, and they did announce they were increasing the capacity.

I slept in this morning until 8:30am, after 10+ hours of sleep and awoke to a 3, still pretty tired from the long day yesterday; and took my am pills. The change continues. I did get to Kaiser to see brother Jeff Lyles and he was looking good and expected to go home yesterday or today. I hope we are ready for the Al Schropshire auction fundraiser today, 4+-pm at Gloriaz out here at 131st and Sunnyside; hope you all can make it. I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.

OCCUPY PORTLAND RALLY A WONDERFUL SUCCESS - SING ALONG TOMORROW
PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:
I slept in this morning until 8:45am, after 10+ hours of sleep and awoke to a 3, still pretty tired from the long day yesterday; and took my am pills. The change continues. I did get to the AFL-CIO Occupy Portland rally last night at Directors Park at 5pm and there was a really good turnout. I did not make the march but I saw a lot of people I had not seen in a long time, and there was a number of 290 members, and they commented that there was not a 290 banner, but there were plenty of Building Trades people there, I was also impressed with the number of active and retired U.S. Servicepeople ther. The news was there, KGW channel 8 and Fox news channel 12. I also got a volunteer to assist my distribution of my fliers and the local banks here and was interviewed by a nice young lady who is doing a “documentary film” on the Occupy Portland movement. The union meeting last Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. I still have to check Al's face book page, as he put a post about our fundraiser at Gloria'z. I have updated My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. Today is brother Jeff Lyles surgery at Kaiser Sunnyside and I told him I would try to stop over after 5pm, but I am sure he will still be pretty groggy and I will ask those at Saturday's function to stop by after and maybe give some blood, as it is major surgery. I also ordered my AOH membership album yesterday, the book and CD. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I still need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I hope to make it to my neighborhood banks today also. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world, and I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project, I guess I better get that Mary Nolan check in the mail.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank, and it was very popular at the union meeting Friday night and the rally yesterday. I haven't got to the local branches here in Clackamas yet, but hopefully today.

Today is brother Jeff Lyles surgery at Kaiser Sunnyside and I told him I would try to stop over after 5pm, but I am sure he will still be pretty groggy and I will ask those at Saturday's function to stop by after and maybe give some blood, as it is major surgery. I also ordered my AOH membership album yesterday, the book and CD. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I still need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I hope to make it to my neighborhood banks today also. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world, and I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project, I guess I better get that Mary Nolan check in the mail.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank, and it was very popular at the union meeting Friday night and the rally yesterday. I haven't got to the local branches here in Clackamas yet, but hopefully today.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions, and they did announce they were increasing the capacity.

I slept in this morning until 9:45am, after 10+ hours of sleep and awoke to a 3, still pretty tired from the long day yesterday; and took my am pills. The change continues. I did get to the CPBT E-BD yesterday, that's why I posted so late. I did get myself in a little trouble when I invited all to Al's fundraiser at Gloria'z because, as it was explained to me after that; we should not get the Council involved in Local Union Politics; My apologies to all, but what is done is done. The union meeting Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. I still have to check Al's face book page, as he put a post about our fundraiser at Gloria'z. I have updated My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. The union meeting Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. I still have to check Al's face book page, as he put a post about our fundraiser at Gloria'z. I have updated My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. I also found out that brother Jeff Lyles surgery is tomorrow at Kaiser Sunnyside and I told him I would try to stop over after 5pm, but I am sure he will still be pretty groggy and I will ask those at Saturday's function to stop by after and maybe give some blood, as it is major surgery. I also ordered my AOH membership album this morning, the book and CD. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans, Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment yesterday from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I still need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I hope to make the gathering tonight at Director Park downtown. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world, and I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project, I guess I better get that Mary Nolan check in the mail.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo and Citibank, and it was very popular at the union meeting Friday night, yesterday, and tonight; but I haven't got to the local branches here in Clackamas yet, maybe before I go downtown this afternoon.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions.

The union meeting Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. I still have to check Al's face book page, as he put a post about our fundraiser at Gloria'z. I have updated My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment yesterday from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I now need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I hope to make the gathering tommorrow night at Director Park downtown. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world, and I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project, I guess I better get that Mary Nolan check in the mail.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo and Citibank, and it was very popular at the meeting Friday night, and today; but I haven't got to the local branches here in Clackamas yet.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions.
SPORTS:
My baseball reports will be limited to, the Playoffs now that my Orioles knocked out the Red Sox :-), wait till next year for the Cubs. The tigers are out but the Cardinals are in.

WHAT IS THE AMANDA FRITZ POSITION ON THE COLUMBIA RIVER CROSSING ?

I did get to Gloria'z and watched the Series and had a nice dinner and worked again on trying to get a “park” named after me. ;-) I did not catch the “Oregon Voters digest” or any of the other talking heads shows yesterday. But I am watching a replay of the Iowa republican debate from last Saturday and it is making me real glad I am a registered Democrat. The union meeting Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. But I am watching a replay of the Iowa republican debate from last Saturday and it is making me real glad I am a registered Democrat. The union meeting Friday night was quite the interesting meeting. I am also going to check Al's face book page today as he put a post about our fundraiser at Gloria'z. I have updated My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment yesterday from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I now need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, it's OK here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank, and it was very popular at the meeting Friday night, but I haven't got to the local branches here in Clackamas yet.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions.

My baseball reports will be limited to, the Playoffs now that my Orioles knocked out the Red Sox :-), wait till next year for the Cubs. The tigers are out but the Cardinals are in.

I did update My Rat Patrol blog, my Mehrens/Monahan blog, and I did get things square for our “silent auction” for Al at Gloria'z on the 29th and would ask all that can, to attend and I posted an invite on the our 290 face book page and please bring something for the auction and I will put his facebook page in the Local Union Section. I did send around that Wikipedia site on Monahans Texas that Judi found for me and I did get an email and attachment yesterday from cousin Dan and he is ready to publish his book, I now need to get the information to my Family Member email list. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue, and I hope to see something on the news about the Delta Park (N Portland) walk across the Interstate Bridge to Ester Short Park in Vancouver yesterday. It looks like good turnouts continue here in Portland and, SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting their right to protest, ok here but apparently not in Ireland; based on the news the protest's are spreading around the world.
I put together a flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo and Citibank, and it was very popular at the meeting Friday nigh, but I didn't get to the local branches here in Clackamas yesterday, Monday hopefully.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.
I ALSO THINK maybe we (AOH) can get an “Irish Appreciation Night fundraiser at Jeld Wen field, and that would go a long way to having the funds for future actions.
SPORTS:
My baseball reports will be limited to, the Playoffs now that my Orioles knocked out the Red Sox :-), wait till next year for the Cubs. The tigers are out but the Cardinals are in.
