PERSONAL:



I awoke this morning at about 5am and awoke to a 2+. I then took my am pills (11) at 5:30am, then napped until about about 8am and took my NEW five hour energy at 8:10am. I took B.P. at 8:45am and it was 165/83/74. I realize I haven't posted in a week and believe it or not I have received a number of e mails showing concern on why I haven't posted but I will attempt to post this morning as I have a little running to do today, I am going to take my quilt to the laundry today and Judi and I are planning on going to a movie this evening and I still have those MANY changes. I have added Senator John Tester of Montana, and Senator Al Franken of Minnesota. I have made these changes for two very important reasons. Senator Tester, I believe supports the export of the abundance of coal Montana has for export, which could create thousands of new jobs in his home state as well as Oregon. Senator Al Franken because I believe he supports the efforts to expand and export potentially large natural gas from his state of Minnesota, that should create good paying (with healthcare) jobs from Minnesota even to Oregon; maybe. Also, while watching C-span one day and he was acting President of the Senate, and senator Boner stood up for his five minute B.S. speech that is a regular occurrence, but you must start by saying “without objection”, and there generally is no one in the chamber, he had the GUTS to say, “I OBJECT” !





POLITICAL:




I spoke with sister Danni yesterday and she was wondering if I was gong to the “rally” for Senator Maria Cantwell today in Vancouver, I think Washington Governor candidate Inslee will be there also, Danni made me so proud, because she called just after working a shift at the Clark County Democrats phone bank. GET YOUR BALLOT'S IN !!


I support Mary Nolan over Amanda Fritz for the Portland City Council for a few reasons. A) I am a construction worker and Commissioer Fritz is attempting to stop the “coal exports” which would mean MANY jobs, construction and Shipyards and a lot of her constituents work in the yards, both the shipyards and the train yards. B) I am Irish Catholic and she is English, with a relative in the English parliament, and I think most know what the English have done to keep Ireland from becoming the free country it should be.


I did get one of my Obama Biden signs up, so far no one has messed with it, no tomatoes or anything. But I still haven't got my Clackamas County signs.


If I sell you a car and I lie, I can be sued, If I try to sell you a political Idea and LIE; that is just business as usual ! THE “GRANGE” IS BIGGER THAN ???% OF THE CASINO'S IN LOS VEGAS ! ISN'T EVERY BAR, RESTURANT, AIRPORT AND MAYBE EVEN CLEANERS IN LAS VEGAS CONSIDERED A COASINO ? DO YOU SUPPOSE THEY ALL CREATED GOOD JOBS WITH HEALTH CARE ?

SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL SHOULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND, AMANDA !


In the last Presidential Debate, I thought the President kicked but :-). today’s unemployment rate should be lower again, just for the number of “fact checkers” hired. After all the lies that have come out of both Ryan and Romoney ! :-)


We have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear there is a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

PERSONAL:



I awoke this morning at about 7:30am and awoke to a 2+. Then took my am pills (12) at 8am. I took B.P. at 9am and it was 138/82/56. I didn't post yesterday as I was very busy, even though I did not make Building Trades, I did make it to the Farmhouse for brunch. I will attempt to post this morning as all I have to do today is fix the cap on my cane and the door to the garage. I have my appointment with my neurologist tomorrow afternoon, and their supposed to be sending me my “screwy dream” pills; but I can't be sure they got the message? I will keep the reasoning for some of my political support in the political support section and a new Irish toast. I will add a new prayer in my Philosophy section that might better be in the Political section.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


I still hope to get a new I pad and I did get by Fred Meyer and they had them on sale for $399.00, but Judi thinks waiting until “Black Friday” I might even get a better deal.

I support Mary Nolan over Amanda Fritz for the Portland City Council for a few reasons. A) I am a construction worker and she is attempting to stop the “coal exports” which would mean MANY jobs, construction and Shipyards and a lot of her constituents work in the yards, both the shipyards and the train yards. B) I am Irish Catholic and she is English, with a relative in the English parliament, and I think most know what the English have done to keep Ireland from becoming the free country it should be.


I did get one of my Obama Biden signs up, so far no one has messed with it, no tomatoes or anything. I still haven't got my Clackamas County signs.


If I sell you a car and I lie I can be sued, If I try to sell you a political Idea and LIE, that IS just business as usual ! THE “GRANGE” IS BIGGER THAN ???% OF THE CASINO'S IN LOS VEGAS ! ISN'T EVERY BAR, RESTURANT, AIRPORT AND MAYBE EVEN CLEANERS IN LAS VEGAS CONSIDERED A COASINO ? DO YOU SUPPOSE THEY ALL CREATED GOOD JOBS WITH HEALTH CARE ?

SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation with Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and maybe we can get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is on October 15th 6pm.


The Vice Presidential Debate tomorrow night should be well worth taping and should drop the unemployment rate again, just for the number of “fact checkers” hired. :-)


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

PERSONAL:


I awoke this morning at about 6am and awoke to a 2+. Then took my am pills (12) at 6:20am. And laid back down until after nine. I took my five hour energy at about 9:25am and my B.P. At 9:45am and it was 158/82/63. We did go to dinner with Mike and Mary last night, I didn't get over to the Dem H.Q. and get some lawn signs but I did call and they will deliver some this week. I will keep the reasoning for some of my political support in the political support section and a new Irish toast. I will add a new prayer in my Philosophy section that might better be in the Political section.

I awoke this morning at 6am, and took my am pills. (12), and then napped and awoke to a 3, and then took my five hr energy at 9am. I took my B.P. At 10am and it was 159/88/62. I am will try to post early today because I have a lazy busy day today. I am going to try to get over to the Dem H.Q. And get some lawn signs and if I am lucky I will meet up with brother Eric Fanning before Mass. I will keep the reasoning for some of my political support in the political support section and a new Irish toast. I did text brother Marty after my Orioles won last night, but I don't really expect to hear back from him today.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


I still hope a new I pad helps, I may try to get by Fred Meyer, as they seem to have them there.

I support Mary Nolan over Amanda Fritz for the Portland City Council for a few reasons. A) I am a construction worker and she is attempting to stop the “coal exports” which would mean MANY jobs, construction and Shipyards and a lot of her constituents work in the yards, both the shipyards and the train yards. B) I am Irish Catholic and she is English, with a relative in the English parliament, and I think most know what the English have done to keep Ireland from becoming the free country it should be.


I did get one of my Obama Biden signs up, so far no one has messed with it, no tomatoes or anything.


CONGRATULATIONS CHARLIE HALES ON YOUR LOCAL 290, AND IBEW 48 ENDORSEMENTS. I missed the debate but I sure hope he did well.


SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation with Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and maybe we can get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is on the third Monday.

PERSONAL:


I awoke this morning at 6am, and took my am pills. (12), and 2 alieve then napped and awoke to a 3, and then took my five hr energy at 9am. I took my B.P. At 10am and it was 146/83/71. I am not sure when I will post even though I have a lazy day today. I am going to check the national M.S. site to see what they have about that pill (ariset) that my neurologist has me on as I have an appointment with him next week. I will put some reasoning for some of my political support in the political support section and a new Irish toast. I also read the news that the jobs report has the unemployment rate dropped to BELOW 8%.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!

I did get to my chiropractor yesterday and the Volunteer Organizing Committee meeting last night, good turnout with about a dozen members and a lot of good discussion and ideas. I did get a call from sister Danni and she was so upset at the comments after the “Debate”, which I missed because of the V.O.C. Meeting. I didn't post yesterday because I was sooo busy. I did fix the date for Daniel and Trinas “Monster Bash”, it is going to be held on October 27th, but messed up the O.M.S.N. Spaghetti feed which is going to be held November 17th !

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?

Cousin Daniel's “Monster Bash” is going to be held at U.A. Local 290 on October 27th at 6pm benefiting the Oregon National Guard, and they are still looking for donations.

PERSONAL:



I awoke this morning at 6am, and took my am pills. (10), then laid back down until about 9am and awoke to a 3, and then took my five hr energy. I checked my B.P. this morning at 9:45am and it was 139/81/59. I didn't do squat yesterday but Niece Lacy and her friend came over to watch a couple of witch shows on TV with Judi. I did text Daniel because Judi has told me I have Daniel's “Monster Bash” fundraiser date wrong, if I hear back from him before I post I will make the change.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


I sure hope a new I pad helps.


IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
