I am definitely not as repetitive (a mere 250 words+-) here on this blog, as I have been on my other; because it has been almost two months since my last posting.

FAMILY REPORT:

FOR THE FAMILY OF UNCLE HANK BURGESS a Prayer to St. Jude for Eternal Life
You are my solace, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will guide my heart away from the darkness of fear and into the light of Christ. May the hope that St. Jude keeps alive in my heart be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope, we know God's mercy, and we trust God's promise of eternal life. My soul longs for the fullness of life, which is only to be revealed when I meet my Maker in heaven. Stay by my side, St. Jude, so that my soul will always know the power of your healing love. Amen.

***CAN CATHOLIC'S BE REPUBLICAN ?***
SEPTEMBER 30, 2012
PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 6am, and took my am pills. (9), then laid back down until about 9am and awoke to a 3, and then took my five hr energy. I checked my B.P. this morning at 9:30am and it was 162/87/58. I did make Mass last night, and if you went or go today listen closely to the gospel, and while I understand the church has an issue with President Obama's health care plan, I must say I am conflicted, on the back side of our missal's are a number of prayers, one by Pope Clement, or Pope Leo that are for those that have needs, and the necessity to take care of All Gods Children. The gospel struck me as as speaking directly to Romney an Ryan, but then I not only like to consider myself a devout Christian I consider myself a devout trade unionist. BOTH groups REQUIRED to take care of each other.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
I sure hope a new I pad helps.
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
I did get one of my Obama Biden signs up, so far no one has messed with it, no tomatoes or anything, and I did stop by Gloria'z before Mass and ran into good friend Mike Schauffler, who was there with three friends, one of whom used to work for Senator Mark Hatfield; and I told him of my framed picture of Senator Hatfield and Antoinette and how I proudly hang it in my office next to the plaque I received from Governor Roberts, and told him I didn't think the Senator would even be allowed in the republican party of today.
CONGRATULATIONS CHARLIE HALES ON YOUR LOCAL 290 ENDORSEMENT.
SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation at B.T. With Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and I will see if we can maybe get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is the third Monday.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?

And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.
The Oregon Military Support Network (OMSN) is having a spaghetti feed fundraiser also on on November 17th.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program, and you can make a donation at the U.A. Credit Union.

I am still making some major changes in my blog and other things I did check out on line those new I Pads, and I saw where one went for $87.00 on an auction site? I am going to get those 2 letters in the mail for brother Bob Porter in the mail today and make Mass tonight. I called cousin bill this morning but got his answering message and told him I hope he was either sleeping late or heading to Seattle for the Duck's game.

I did check my B.P. this morning at 9:30am and it was 153/92/73. I am still making some major changes in my blog and other things I did check out on line those new I Pads, and I saw where one went for $87.00 on an auction site? I am going to get those 2 letters in the mail for brother Bob Porter in the mail today and make Mass tonight. I called cousin bill this morning but got his answering message and told him I hope he was either sleeping late or heading to Seattle for the Duck's game.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
I sure hope a new I pad helps.

***MAJOR CHANGE IS IN THE WIND***
SEPTEMBER 28, 2012
PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 6am, and took my am pills. (10), then laid back down until about 8am and awoke to a 3. I did check my B.P. this morning at 9:15am and it was 135/81/65. I am going to make some major changes in my blog and other things I did check out on line those new I Pads, and I saw where one went for $87.00 on an auction site?
I hope no one takes offense, but I'm thinking I am running this blog like a T.V. News director, by doing it basicly once and then repeating it over and over.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!

***SCABS BE GONE***
SEPTEMBER 27, 2012
PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7am, and took my am pills. (9), then laid back down until about 9am and awoke to a 3. I have an appointment with Dr. Finley's phone and ordered new mineral supplements and scheduled an adjustment. I hope to post before noon today but with this computer one never knows ? I did check my B.P. this morning at 10:30am and it was 143/91/61. I am going to make some major changes in my blog and other things I will check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, maybe today.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
I sure hope a new I pad helps.
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
I think I will try to get one of my Obama Biden signs up today. I also found out yesterday that IBEW 48 is having regular election functions on Saturday's at their Hall in NE Portland.
CONGRATULATIONS CHARLIE HALES ON YOUR LOCAL 290 ENDORSEMENT.
SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation with Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and I will see if we can maybe get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is the third Monday.
I did get to the old NWOLC building on Se 12th and Madison to Obama Biden H.Q. and got 4 lawn signs, but they wanted a $60 donation being they generally only give them out Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturdays, but after a little discussion, and the $60 bucks cash I got my four lawn signs, and I wonder if that get's me more “dinner with the President chances?, and then as luck would have it they were giving them away at the Union meeting and even though I paid the $60 I am still getting e mails for more from the campaign.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”

The Oregon Military Support Network (OMSN) is having a spaghetti feed fundraiser also on on November 17th.

***EVEN PAUL RYAN WANT'S THE NFL SCAB'S GONE***

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7am to a 2+, and took my am pills. (10), then laid back down until about 9am and then took my five hour energy drink and returned Dr. Finley's phone call and ordered new mineral supplements and scheduled an adjustment. I hope to post before noon today but with this computer one never knows ? I think the 2+ was due in large part again because I put that numbing salve on my knees that I received from my Dr. at Kaiser last night. I did check my B.P. this morning at 10:45am and it was 150/81/61. I did make the B.T. yesterday and showed off my new, shiny 40 year pin and told everyone about the “Monster Bash” but also found out that The Oregon Military Support Network is having a spaghetti feed fundraiser the same day. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, maybe today.

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7am to a 2+, and took my am pills. (10), then laid back down until about 9am and then took my five hour energy drink and returned Dr. Finley's phone call and ordered new mineral supplements and scheduled an adjustment. I hope to post before noon today but with this computer one never knows ? I think the 2+ was due in large part again because I put that numbing salve on my knees that I received from my Dr. at Kaiser last night. I did check my B.P. this morning at 10:45am and it was 150/81/61. I did make the B.T. yesterday and showed off my new, shiny 40 year pin and told everyone about the “Monster Bash” but also found out that The Oregon Military Support Network is having a spaghetti feed fundraiser the same day. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, maybe today.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .

I think I will try to get one of my Obama Biden signs up today. I also found out yesterday that IBEW 48 is having regular election functions on Saturday's at their Hall in NE Portland.

SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation Tuesday at B.T. With Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and I will see if we can maybe get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is the third Monday.
I did get to the old NWOLC building on Se 12th and Madison to Obama Biden H.Q. and got 4 lawn signs, but they wanted a $60 donation being they generally only give them out Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturdays, but after a little discussion, and the $60 bucks cash I got my four lawn signs, and I wonder if that get's me more “dinner with the President chances?, and then as luck would have it they were giving them away at the Union meeting and even though I didn't make the P.A.C. Meeting they did endorse Charlie Hales for Portland Mayor and Charlotte Lehan in Clackamas County.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

***KAISER PERMANENTE'S SLOGAN IS WE WANT YOU TO THRIVE, BUT THEY SURE MAKE IT HARD TO***

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7:30am to a 2+, and took my am pills. (11), then took my five hour energy at about 9am and then headed off to Building Trades. I am posting late for many reasons today. I think the 2+ was due in large part because I put that numbing salve on my knees that I received from my Dr. at Kaiser yesterday. I did have to get a new B.P. machine and I didn't get it hooked up until after I got home and my BP was 138/74/66 at 3:30pm. Between my new B.P. Machine and the salve Kaiser stuck me for over $60 hence my current headline, whatever happened to that $20 co payment? I did face book brother Porter and thanked him for the special treatment Friday night. I also got quite the hand at building trades today, showing off my 40 year pin. But brother Ed Barnes was also there, showing off his Trophy's and King's crown as the WINNER off the dancing with the star's competition in Vancouver. I also received 2 “bad” news notices, one was that the Oregon Military Support Network is having a spagetti fundraiser the same day as “THE MONSTER BASH” Daniel and Trina are doing at 290. I also was lucky enough to hit a four spot with a five multiplier at lunch that while it hasn’t got me in the black for September, it has dropped my average down to less than $15.00 a day. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs.

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7:30am, and took my am pills. (11), and then went back to bed until after 9am and awoke to a 3. I took my five hour energy drink at about 10am and tried to take my B.P. But my machine wasn't working, even after I changed the batteries. I have an appointment with a different “primary Care Dr.” this afternoon at Mt. Scott to check on the pain in my knee. I did awake after my short nap to a 3 so I'm thinking my BP probably is good. I didn't go to lunch with Peg, Eric and family, but I did get to Gloria'z for chicken fried steak. Mike had called me on his way back from Seattle and was going to meet, but was a no show, as his recliner got him first. Judi did talk to Maria Smithson last night and she was told John got a promotion and the rest of the family was doing great. I am going to try to face book him a congratulations to day, but this damn machine is even screwing with my face book page :-( ! I talked to Billy yesterday and he was meeting Kara for lunch and was going to try to send me some Photo's from my presentation Friday night, I did forewarn him that both my phone and this computer regularly screw with me. I have received a text from cricket about a new I phone offer and I may try to get by there today before my Dr. appointment, to find out what that is about. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, although Judi is concerned because it is a Mac and a whole new language. I am not sure when I will post, but it will (hopefully) be before noon.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at 7:30am, and took my am pills. (11), and then went back to bed until after 9am and awoke to a 3. I took my five hour energy drink at about 10am and tried to take my B.P. But my machine wasn't working, even after I changed the batteries. I have an appointment with a different “primary Care Dr.” this afternoon at Mt. Scott to check on the pain in my knee. I did awake after my short nap to a 3 so I'm thinking my BP probably is good. I didn't go to lunch with Peg, Eric and family, but I did get to Gloria'z for chicken fried steak. Mike had called me on his way back from Seattle and was going to meet, but was a no show, as his recliner got him first. Judi did talk to Maria Smithson last night and she was told John got a promotion and the rest of the family was doing great. I am going to try to face book him a congratulations to day, but this damn machine is even screwing with my face book page :-( ! I talked to Billy yesterday and he was meeting Kara for lunch and was going to try to send me some Photo's from my presentation Friday night, I did forewarn him that both my phone and this computer regularly screw with me. I have received a text from cricket about a new I phone offer and I may try to get by there today before my Dr. appointment, to find out what that is about. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, although Judi is concerned because it is a Mac and a whole new language. I am not sure when I will post, but it will (hopefully) be before noon.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .

SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation Tuesday at B.T. With Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and I will see if we can maybe get him out to the hall, the PAC meeting is the third Monday.
I did get to the old NWOLC building on Se 12th and Madison to Obama Biden H.Q. and got 4 lawn signs, but they wanted a $60 donation being they generally only give them out Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturdays, but after a little discussion, and the $60 bucks cash I got my four lawn signs, and I wonder if that get's me more “dinner with the President chances?, and then as luck would have it they were giving them away at the Union meeting and even though I didn't make the P.A.C. Meeting they did endorse Charlie Hales for Portland Mayor and Charlotte Lehan in Clackamas County.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2012
PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning to my alarm at 6:15am, and took my am pills. (12), and then went back to bed until after 9am and awoke to a 3. I took my five hour energy drink at about 9:45am because I was going to lunch with Peg, Eric and family, but I just talked to Judi and begged out because I woke up with a lot of pain in my hip. I took my B.P. at about 10:30am and it was 121/79/71. I slept late because because I didn't get home from Mass until after eight and not to bed until after eleven. Mass was a little spooky for me because of the Union meeting Friday night, because I did get my 3 resolutions finished, printed and to the meeting, and all 3 passed without a no vote. And it seemed the Gospel and seemed to be directly related to those three resolutions, and it seemed the Priest in his homily was at our Union meeting Friday night. I talked to Billy yesterday and he was meeting Kara for lunch today and was going to try to send me some Photo's from the presentation. Oh yeah, they also surprised me with my 40 year membership certificate and pin, and Al was kind enough to let cousin Bill present it to me, sister Clare and Brother Travis took pictures and a video and I sure hope I copies. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend, and now cousin Bobbie who swear by theirs, although Judi is concerned because it is a Mac and a whole new language. I am not sure when I will post, but it will (hopefully) be before noon.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning to my alarm at 6:15am, and took my am pills. (11), and then went back to bed until almost 11am and awoke to a 3. I took my B.P. at about 11:15am and it was 126/71/55. I slept late because of the Union meeting and probably awoke to a 3 because I did get my 3 resolutions finished, printed and to the meeting last night, and all 3 passed without a no vote. Marty did say he was going to try to make it, but something came up I guess; but I did get to talk with the journeyman that had him as a starting apprentice that told me he taught him the old school ways of pipe fitting and how to lay out a saddle with just a sheet of paper and how to do a rolling off set and how proud he was of the mechanic he has become. Oh yeah, they also surprised me with my 40 year membership certificate and pin, and Al was kind enough to let cousin Bill present it to me, sister Clare took a picture and I sure hope I can get a copy. I still have to check out on line those new I Pads, as I have a friend who swears by hers, although Judi is concerned because it is a Mac and a whole new language. I am not sure when I will post, but it will (hopefully) be shortly after noon. I am going to try to make Mass tonight and respond to a couple of e mails I have receive from the church.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA ! I had a good conversation Tuesday at B.T. With Barbara Smith Warner and she told me Senator Wyden would be in town in October and I will see if we can maybe get him out to the hall.
I did get to the old NWOLC building on Se 12th and Madison to Obama Biden H.Q. and got 4 lawn signs, but they wanted a $60 donation being they generally only give them out Monday's, Wednesday's and Saturdays, but after a little discussion, and the $60 bucks cash I got my four, and then as luck would have it they were giving them away at the Union meeting and even though I didn't make the P.A.C. meeting they did endorse Charlie Hales for Portland Mayor and Charlotte Lehan in Clackamas County.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

***ON MEETING TONIGHT***

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at a little after 7am, and took my am pills. (10) I then attempted to make an appointment with my kaiser primary care Dr, by phone because the email attempt two days ago told me I had to call for one, so I called this morning and she was out so I will be seeing a new Dr. on Monday afternoon. I took my B.P. at about 9am and it was 156/85/63, pre-kaiser phone call. I am posting (I hope) early because I have some running to do before my Union meeting tonight and a couple of resolutions to finish writing. Busy week today, the 290 picnic Sunday, then the CPBT and AOH Tuesday, The Portland City Council Wednesday and then the retiree meeting yesterday and the regular Union meeting tonight. I am working on 3 resolutions for tonight, one to thank all the VOLUNTEERS, and to thank one in particular, and one to honor the retiree couple that has been working so hard on the Local 290 archives. I am also going to check out on line those new I Pads, as she swears by hers, although Judi is concerned because it is a Mac and a whole new language.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
SENATOR WYDEN, WE STILL NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS ! AND THE PORTLAND CITY COUNCIL COULD SURE STOP TRYING TO SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN, MANY OF THOSE GOOD JOBS WOULD ACTUALLY GO TO MEN AND WOMEN IN NORTH PORTLAND AMANDA !
I will also try to get to the old NWOLC building on Se 12th and Madison to Obama Biden H.Q. and get some lawn signs.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.

We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, brother Dennis Hutzenbieler, (who looked pretty good at Kara's wedding and the picnic), Brother Sonny Newsom, brother Gil Freeland for their speedy and successful recoveries who are recovering from surgeries, and I saw Gil Labor Day and the picnic he looked great.

I awoke this morning at a little after 7am, and took my am pills. (10) I then attempted to make an appointment with my kaiser primary care Dr, by phone because the email attempt two days ago told me I had to call for one, so I called this morning and she was out so I will be seeing a new Dr. on Monday afternoon. I took my B.P. at about 9am and it was 156/85/63, pre-kaiser phone call.
