***I DID POST YESTERDAY, BUT THIS F.U. PROGRAM DIDN'T***

PERSONAL:



I awoke today at 6am, and awoke to a 2, after 8+- hours of good sleep, but some pain in my hip and put some biofreeze on it and then took my am pills (10) and then went back to bed until 9ish. I then took a good hot shower and called HOLLYWOOD IMPRESS to see when I could pick up my bumper stickers, so I will head out and pick them up after 1pm this afternoon. I did watch a replay of the Daily Show, and his guest was former RNC Chair Michael Steele; and even HE couldn't believe the B.S. Start of the Republican Convention. If I ever do get on I am going to have to check and see if my pills were ordered yesterday or if I got a response from my neurologist? I took my B.P. at about 10:30am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email. My B.P. was 144/87/73 at 1030am. If I am lucky I will post this morning, but I never know?



I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!

POLITICAL:



After this morning I understand why more people get their political news from The Daily Show and Colbert Report.


The Republicans started their convention with the “debt clock” on the wall so all delegates could see it, maybe the Democrat's should have one at theirs that just showed it clicking since THEY scuttled the President Obama plan.


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?


ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.


The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and I did win one of the “BULL SESSION” drawings at the last Union meeting and told Dave S. to give it to Justin May and I did call Ed Ellis to help raise $ for them and I did tell him to use my 1st installment as donation.

PERSONAL:



I awoke today 6am, and awoke to a 2, after 8+- hours of good sleep, but some pain in my hip and put some biofreeze on it and then took my am pills (11) and then went back to bed until 9ish. We did receive the bad news of the passing of uncle Hank Burgess, thank you all for your prayers. I am not sure when/if I will post but I am going to be late today, but maybe(?) I will get posted. I spoke with cousin Bill today and he received a text from Kara from Cancun and all was wonderful. She commented on the beautiful Full Moon, which I watched from the south deck while waiting for Judi's call. They are supposed to return tonight but I may not be home, if I can; I am going to try to make the Governor Jay Inslee debate at WSU. Sister Danni is here and working on my bedroom, now that's a chore. I came back here to the computer room to get hooked up, check my email, and take my B.P. BUT this damn thing would not let me check them yesterday BUT so far this afternoon my connection has shown connected. So I will be copying and pasting and my at B.P. Was was 116/78/80, pretty good considering the running I've completed today already. I am going to pick up my bumper stickers Friday and even try to make the Jay Inslee function tonight in Vancouver.

I did get to see Senator Merkley Tuesday at Building Trades and thanked him for introducing thet bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, he didn't have a bill number yet, as the Republicans are holding everything hostage but as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.


I have been watching the Republican Convention and Hurricane Issac is not the only thing rally blowing in Florida.

I awoke today 6am, and awoke to a 2, after 8+- hours of good sleep, but some pain in my hip and put some biofreeze on it and then took my am pills (11) and then came back here to the computer room to get hooked up and check my email, this damn thing would not let me check them yesterday and so far this morning my connection has shown “not connected”, “could not find connection”, a couple others and the right one “millie 3”, but I have my last blog (8-26) saved on my desktop so I will be copying and pasting and then I did take my at B.P. at 7:15am and it was 137/82/53, pretty good considering the the “help” my program keeps giving me and just since I started typing I've received 3 pop-ups to say I am now connected. Judi and Mary are going “Prison Visiting”, today and Judi did say she would try not to disturb me as she was going to get up and shower about 7 today, it's 7:30am now and she just got up but theyshould be back sometime late Wednesday. Sister Danni is supposed to come over today and I will try to make the B.T. Tomorrow and I am going to pick up my bumper stickers Wednesday and even try to make the Jay Inslee function Wednesday evening in Vancouver.

PERSONAL:



I haven't posted for five day's “because I went up to the mountain”, for Kara and Andrew's Wedding! I slept late today again and awoke at 9am, and awoke to a 1+, after 8+- hours of tough sleep, because last night was a late night and my scooter was not the only one to run out of juice, and the noise of the “air conditioner” and it seemed like the room was just under 55 degrees. It was, in my estimation the most wonderful celebration you could ever imagine. It may seem hard to imagine but we have even MORE wonderful Irish family members. took my am pills (11) at 8:30am. I just took my at B.P. At 1:30pm and it was 140/78/60. I took my energy drink at about 9:30am, we had breakfast on the mountain with Danni, Parvin and brother Mike. It was wonderful to see family that I have not seen in way too long and now with the inclusion of the O'Sullivan clan, who came close too or maybe even did, outnumber the Mehrens', Monahan's, Kloker's and Pahut's. I actually “danced” at her wedding, and never fell down. And still, PROPAGANDA OUT;, PHILOSOPHY IN. I think loosening up the new Velcro on my brace is working so good and that it helps me get to the 2+'s, and It did make a difference in my “dancing”.



I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!



IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .

POLITICAL:

I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.

I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.

Credit Union, and I did win one of the “BULL SESSION” drawings at the last Union meeting and told Dave S. to give it to Justin May and I did call Ed Ellis to help raise $ for them and I did tell him to use my 1^st installment as donation.

IT WAS A VERY GOOD TO SEE THE MEMBERS THAT MADE KARA'S WEDDING AND I DO HOPE OUR VICE PRESIDENT IS GETTING BETTER. LOCAL 290 WILL HAVE A SECTION AT THE OAKS PARK LABOR DAY PICNIC AND I WAS TOLD YESTERDAY THEY HAVE OVER 400 SIGNED UP.



AND THEY ARE STILL LOOKING FOR A WELD SHOP FOREMAN, AND I MUST SAY, I AGREED WITH BROTHER DON CARTER THAT MAYBE PUTTING A FEW MORE HOURS ON THE CHECK MAY HELP.

PERSONAL:


I slept late today again and awoke at 9am, and awoke to a 2+, after 8+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (11) at 9:30am. I took my at B.P. At 10:30am and it was 159/96/58. I took my energy drink at about 10:45am. I slept a little later because I did go to lunch with the at Olive Garden with most of the family, and that was wonderful, especially the wonderful complement I got from Phylis, Danni's friend, who complemented me that I looked ten years younger than the last time we saw each other, of course I gave the credit to Parvin's wonderful skin cream. Then Judi, Lacey, Stephanie, Peg and Eric came over last night and we played some dice. (I really love all things electronic, NOT!), I don't exactly know why but my phone seemed to have fixed itself ? I missed the alarm on my clock this morning, which is why I didn't wake up until 9am. And as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. I think loosening up the new Velcro on my brace is working so good and that it helps me get to the 2+'s, and I did a lot of walking yesterday, where do I get the energy!!

They have been “announcing” that Ro-Money, has chosen Paul Ryan as his running mate, that hurts me on at least 2 level's; one, that he claims to be “Irish” and two he claims to be “Catholic”.


We did get our report from the P.A.C. Committee I missed Monday night and ALL their recommendations were concurred with at Friday's meeting, and I will be reporting on them individually on upcoming blogs.


I did see a couple of reports from Tax professionals that did show how Ro-money might possibly NOT have paid any federal income tax for the last several years. Go get'em Senator Reid !

PERSONAL:



I slept really late today again and awoke at 8:30am, and awoke to a 2-, after 8+- hours of sleep. I didn't take my am pills (11) until almost 8:40am, I took my energy drink at about 10am. I am was going to lunch with the Judi & the “girls” but I changed my mind. Heidi and Mike are back in town, as Mike's dad passed away (God rest his Soul) and they are making arrangement's, so Judi, Danni, Heidi and maybe Kelly are going to lunch; I was invited but I think I will pass. I took my at 10am and it was 164/92/74. (I really love all things electronic, NOT!), as I missed the alarm on my clock this morning, which is why I didn't wake up until 830am. I am still trying to make some major changes, but I didn't make it to the cricket store before Mass and explain my constant travails). And as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. PERSONAL:



I slept really late today and awoke at 8:30am, and awoke to a 2+, after 8+- hours of sleep. I didn't take my am pills (11) until almost 9:30am, and put some biofreeze on my lower back, and then went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got back up and took my energy drink at about 11am. I went to the Union meeting last night and Gil Freeland wasn't there and we were told he had been taken to the hospital emergency, but I did talk to sister Danni today who checked at the hospital, and apparently he was released last night. I am not sure who, besides me; said a quick prayer; but I am sure there were many. I took my B.P finally at 1:45pm and it was 156/79/64. (I really love all things electronic, NOT!)still trying to make some major changes and I will try to make it to the cricket store before Mass and explain my constant travails). And as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. I think loosening up the new Velcro on my brace is working so good that it helps me get to the 2+'s, because I did a lot of walking yesterday.


I have given up on that “Union for profit Web site”. I did get a face book message from Liz and it sounded like she was having a blast in Philadelphia.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .

They have been “announcing” that Ro-Money, has chosen Paul Ryan as his running mate, that hurts me on at least 2 level's; one, that he claims to be “Irish” and two he claims to be “Catholic”.


We did get our report from the P.A.C. Committee I missed Monday night and ALL their recommendations were concurred with, and I will be reporting on them individually on upcoming blogs.


I did see a couple of reports from Tax professionals that did show how Ro-money might possibly NOT have paid any federal income tax for the last several years. Go get'em Senator Reid !


I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.

PERSONAL:


I awoke today at 5:30am, and awoke to a 2+, after 6+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (11) at 6am, and put some biofreeze on my lower back, and then went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got back up and took my energy drink at about 9am. I took my B.P at 9:15am and it was 166/80/60. I won't know until after I post how long since I actually got posted, (I really love all things electronic, NOT!)still trying to make some major changes, as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. I (THINK) did mail order a few kaiser pills this morning as this/or their damn computer wouldn't let me on last night. I did run over to rite aid and check and see if they have the liquid (calcium, magnesium, potassium) that sister Danni heard about that is supposed to also be good for arthritis and such, I took my empty Mynax supplement bottle to compare; but the pharmacist couldn't help; he needs a name. I think loosening up the new Velcro on my brace is working so good that it helps me get to the 2+'s. I am going to the Union meeting tonight and I sure hope the temp get's down a little, because I don't really want to get caught in the 100 degree weather they are predicting today.

PERSONAL:



I awoke today at 6am, and awoke to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (10) at 6:15am, and put some biofreeze on my lower back, and then went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got back up and took my energy drink at about 8:30am. I took my B.P at 9:45am and it was 153/92/75. I am still trying to make some major changes, as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. I did get to Mass last night and lit a candle and said a prayer for Uncle Hank. Mass was at 6:30pm and I didn't get home until after eight and went out to the south deck to see if there were any more shooting stars but did not see any. Kara's wedding shower Saturday was a wonderful time. I slept late yesterday because after I got home I went out on the south deck and watched the shooting stars. When I finally made it to bed I had counted over 7. I woke up today to a 2+ even though yesterday and Saturday were such a long days. I will also say that the wedding shower party put on by Bobbie and Dennis at the Hutzenbieler estate was first class. Dennis looked great and I really liked meeting Kara's new in-laws and wedding party guest's, more Irish Sullivan’s in the family. I think loosening up the new Velcro on my brace worked so good that it helped me get to the 2+.


I have given up on that “Union for profit Web site”. I did get a face book message from Liz and it sounded like she was having a blast in Philadelphia.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .



POLITICAL:



They have been “announcing” that Ro-Money, has chosen Paul Ryan as his running mate, that hurts me on at least 2 level's; one he claims to be “Irish” and two he claims to be “Catholic”.


I did see a couple of reports from Tax professionals that did show how Ro-money might possibly NOT have paid any federal income tax for the last several years. Go get'em Senator Reid !


I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

Again, my advice for the new couple, if you Love someone, shouldn't you tell them that; at least once every day ?


IF WE CONTINUE TO BUY IMPORTS, WHERE WILL OUR CHILDREN WORK??


I will put the prayers I have been posting again right here up front again, especially for sister Danni and and Uncle Hank. And thank you all for Rhyon, Christopher, cousin Amy, cousin Brandee and soon, nephew Rhett..

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?


ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.



COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:



The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.


The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.

I DON'T REMEMBER EXACTLY WHICH DAY'S THEY ARE, BUT I AM PRETTY SURE BROTHER MEL DAVIS AND BROTHER MATT WALTERS BIRTHDAY'S ARE IN THE FIRST 2-3 WEEKS OF AUGUST, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEL, AND GOD REST YOUR SOUL MATT.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Union Hall.


We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.
