PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:
I woke up early today, 6:30 am, to a 3, after 8+- hours of sleep; I took my pills at 7am and my B.P at 6:45am and my B.P. was 132/77/56 at 6:45am. I awoke early and did make the Blumenhauer breakfast and he was every bit the STAR under which he spoke at the podium. I am not sure when or if this computer will let me post but I will give it my best effort to update. I took one Energy drink after the breakfast at 9:30am, and I will go up to Gloria'z after they open to check my scratch off and see if the Oregon lottery will continue to be good to me. And yes Jeff I did speak to Earl about your suggestions.
I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW, and it is messing with me as I try to post !!

I need to get a couple of Clackamas County Lawn Signs for the County Chair and Commissioner candidate Jamie Damon, hopefully following their endorsement at the C.P.B.T. tommorrow.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain does that not include healthcare? I have been to confession and told the priest I was disturbed at the stand the church was taking on the National Health Care debate and he actually included it in his homily.
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:
The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.
UNION REPORT:
I am also going to try to make Building Trades Tommorrow morning.
I did speak with sister Suzanne Sheans and she had some great ideas for our P.A.C. Committee.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.
We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.
SPORTS:
THE OLYMPIC'S STARTED AND WE HAD ONE OF OUR OWN, AN OREGONIAN GOLD MEDALIST; LEADING THE U.S.A. DELEGATION. U.S.A. U.S.A. ; ALSO I THINK candidate ro-money got the President a few more votes at the opening ceremony.
I AM MORE OF AN AMERICAN LEAGUE FAN, ORIOLES & MARINERS, BUT I MUST SAY THE NATIONAL LEAGUE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH THAT ALL STAR WIN.

***YES JUDI DOES MAKE THE BEST SPAGETTI IN THE WORLD, JUST ASK ANYONE !!***

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:
I woke up after 9am, to a 3, after 8+- hours of sleep; and didn't take my pills until 10am. My B.P. Is was 132/75/70 at 4:30pm. I slept late an am posting late because overslept because I had such a superb Birthday party last night, filled with good friends, family and grand nieces and nephew's. I also misspoke because the Congressman Blumenhauer breakfast is tomorrow morning, so I still have a chance. I did however make Mass today at noon, and it was my first ALL Spanish mass; and I must say, while I could only understand some of it; having the guitar players for the hymns was GREAT; and I believe they baptized a whole family at the end of the service. I awoke to a three, in spite of giving 4 dew toast's and having the luxury of nephew Daniel rush back from Guard Duty near Astoria, to get, what was renowned as the finest Spaghetti ever prepared; THANK YOU ALL!!
I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.

I am posting late because I did some early running and got my phone fixed, went by Kaiser and put in my pill request's, so hopefully, I will be hearing from them as my computer would not let me order them online by mail. :-( I also went by Gloriaz and the keno god's were nice enough to give an early B.D. Present :-) ! But I missed Cory so I do not have my history book yet.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain does that not include healthcare? I have been to confession and told the priest I was disturbed at the stand the church was taking on the National Health Care debate and he actually included it in his homily.
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I have sent in my 1st installment for me, and I sure hope we get some good weather so I can actually attend with an official, established handicap.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.
We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.

I woke up after 7:30am, to a 2-, after 8+- hours of sleep; and didn't take my pills until 8:30am. My B.P. was 136/71/56 at 8:30am. I overslept so I missed the Congressman Blumenhauer breakfast, Damn.
I am posting late because I did some early running and got my phone fixed, went by Kaiser and put in my pill request's, so hopefully, I will be hearing from them as my computer would not let me order them online by mail. :-( I also went by Gloriaz and the keno god's were nice enough to give an early B.D. Present :-) ! But I missed Cory so I do not have my history book yet.
I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.

WELOCME BACK TO PORTLAND PRESIDENT OBAMA !!!
I woke up a little after 6am, because my alarm was reset to be sure to make the Blumenhauer Breakfast yesterday, unfortunately foe me, the Blumenhauer breakfast is not until next Monday. :-( I got dressed and went to the C.P.B.T. Meeting and was early for it too, but not quite a week. :-) I am posting late today because I just got back from there and didn't post at all yesterday because I did a lot of running.
I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW !!
APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN WENT AWAY AGAIN :-( .
As I said I awoke this morning at 6am to a 2+, after 8+- hours of sleep. My B.P. is 135/71/68 at 1:44pm, I think it might have been better because I took it before my pills and before my bottle of 5 hour energy after 8am. I am still waiting to hear from Kaiser regarding my pill regimen and the energy drink, my “health care team” e mailed me and they said I need to hear from my primary care Dr.?
POLITICAL:

I am going to try to make the Congressman Blumenhauer breakfast NEXT MONDAY at Westmoreland Union Manor.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help ALL of us, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever, Amen.”
I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain does that not include healthcare? I have been to confession and told the priest I was disturbed at the stand the church was taking on the National Health Care debate and he actually included it in his homily.
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:
The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I have sent in my 1st installment for me, and I sure hope we get some good weather so I can actually attend with an official, established handicap.

I spoke with Billy and he was crediting me with the meeting being over before 10pm, just because of my short rousing speech.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.

APPARENTLY I MISSED POSTING YESTERDAY, MY BAD
After I woke up I dressed in my sweat's and that wonderful “Marty McFadden” tee shirt I was given at the meeting Friday night.
I am slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, not all of these are mine you know! Last night at Mass Father's Homily was really fitting, about living in the “wonderful” new age of all these electronic devices.
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN WENT AWAY AGAIN :-( .

My B.P. was 131/77/68 at 7:40am, I think it might have been better because I took it before my pills and before my bottle of 5 hour energy after 8am. I am still waiting to hear from Kaiser regarding my pill regimen and the energy drink, my “health care team” e mailed me and they said I need to hear from my primary care Dr. I know there are side effect's, but I am getting concerned I am going crazy, and getting more depressed, but this is where the Pastor's Homily really made me feel good.

***UNION MEETING TONIGHT, BE THERE OR BE SQUARE ;-) ***

I don't know if Jeff is getting the same e mail reports on his petition, but I've got four already, sorta makes up for my missing the Congressman's breakfast and President's picnic and fundraiser.
This is what I sent for Brother Jeff's petition, I will put the link (I hope) in the “Union Section”:
I am on disability. It wasn't my idea to get a broken neck. When I was filling for disability, I tried to get a job. I told perspective employers that Oregon will pay for 70% of the wages for me if they would hire me. Still, no one wanted to hire me. Sure helped out my self esteem a whole lot.
What Social Security does is look at your work history and wages to see if and how much you qualify for. If I hadn't of done very much work or work very long, I wouldn't qualify for peanuts.
Then to have people like Mitt Romney, via Bain Capital, robbing and stealing people's pension and this just isn't right. Then after they still their pensions, they wonder why we want social security while they are going after it. It seems like, because of the amount of money they have,
they would realize you need money to put a roof over your head and to put groceries on your table. It would also seem like, after the way Wall Street ruined our pension and 401k plans, that the last thing they would want is for Social Security to be privatized. Unless, the whole idea behind it is to steal our benefit money from Social Security the way they stole it from
our 401k and pension plans.
But instead, they call us greedy. Wall Street ruins our 401k and pension plans and because no bad deed goes unrewarded, they get a bail out. When we plan for our future by putting money in our pension and 401k plans, we see that no good deed goes unpunished. Wall Street is allowed to steal our money and then call us greedy beggars.
I (Jeff) started a petition to address the attack on Social Security. It is only a matter of time before some right wing idiot says we need to raise the retirement age to 100 and do away with the disability part of Social Security. Then say if that is done, Social Security will be solvent forever. Because I was encouraged to keep the petition as short as possible, I did the best I can. While I don't have a silver tongue or a silver pen, I don't think the petition turned out to bad and I hope you sign it.
I am slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I did try to get in touch with Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, not all of these are mine you know!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICIAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN WENT AWAY AGAIN :-( .
I awoke this morning at 6am to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep. My B.P. was 153/82/63 at 6:30am, high I think because I also took a bottle of 5 hour energy, shortly after my pills at 6:15am. I did send off a few questions to Kaiser regarding my pill regimen and the energy drink, waiting to hear from my primary care Dr., I know there are side effect's, but I am getting concerned I am going crazy, and getting more depressed, maybe it's not just the pills, but a combination of issues; electronics (my damn phone, my computer, my Skype) and maybe it was that sun spot explosion reaching us here on earth.
I will put the prayers I
have been posting again right here up front, especially for sister
Danni; and thank you all for Rhyon,
Christopher, cousin
Amy, cousin Brandee and soon, nephew Rhett.

Is it wrong to expect
of others, what they expect of you ? When does a mistake become a
lie? Which lie is worse, one that someone else tells you, or the one
you tell yourself? How many times do you have to bang your head
against the wall before you realize all your going to get is a
massive headache? After going back over those 1,100+ blogs, and
reading most of the comments, and needing to get back to my book; I
think I may try a little poetry. I did e mail both Greg and Cory to
see if those oral histories might be complete before the family
arrives from Montana next Month.
POLITICAL:
I did return the book to the church
library last night after Mass, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it
is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been
uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still
think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy
of that library book!
I
must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I
will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a
real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

the National Health Care debate and he actually included it in his
homily.

I did find out from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.
We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.

I AM MORE OF AN AMERICAN LEAGUE FAN, ORIOLES & MARINERS, BUT I MUST SAY THE NATIONAL LEAGUE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH THAT ALL STAR WIN.

***40 YEARS AGO TODAY I JOINED A WONDERFUL ORGANIZATION***

Contrary to what I announced Tuesday at Building Trades, TODAY IS THE 40th ANNIVERSARY OF MY BECOMING A U.A. MEMBER.
I sent around a petition yesterday that Brother Jeff Lyles has started and I signed and asked those that I sent it to, to also. As you probably know I have watched the Social Security Debates on c-span, and while I was going to attempt to make the NWOLC Breakfast this morning with Congressman Blumenhauer, I am sorry to say I slept in.
