***A PRAYER FOR UNCLE HANK IS DEFINITELY APPROPRIATE***

AUGUST 12, 2012




PERSONAL:



I slept in today until 8am, and awoke to a 2-, after 9+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (10) at 8:15am. And went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got up and took my energy drink at about 10:30am. I took my B.P at 11:45am and it was 169/91/79. I am still making some major changes, as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN. I did get to Kara's shower and had a wonderful time. I slept late because after I got home I went out on the south deck and watched the shooting stars. When I finally made it to bed I had counted over 7. I woke up to a 2- because yesterday was such a long day. I will also say that the wedding shower party put on by Bobbie and Dennis at the Hutzenbieler estate was first class. Dennis looked great and I really liked meeting Kara's new in-laws and wedding party guest's. It is too hot for me to even attempt Mass today, though I was awake in enough time to make the Noon Spanish Mass Lloyd at John The Baptist Church. I think the new Velcro on my brace I got yesterday after my massage worked so good that my brace was too tight and that caused me enough hurt that I overslept.


I have given up on that “Union for profit Web site”. I did get a face book message from Liz and it sounded like she was having a blast in Philadelphia.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!


IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .



POLITICAL:



They have been “announcing” that Ro-Money, has chosen Paul Ryan as his running mate, that hurts me on at least 2 level's; one he claims to be “Irish” and two he claims to be “Catholic”.


I did see a couple of reports from Tax professionals that did show how Ro-money might possibly NOT have paid any federal income tax for the last several years. Go get'em Senator Reid !


I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

My advice for the new couple, if you Love someone, shouldn't you tell them that; at least once every day ?

I will put the prayers I have been posting again right here up front again, especially for sister Danni, UNCLE HANK and me, because I missed Mass today also. And thank you all for Rhyon, Christopher, cousin Amy, cousin Brandee and soon, nephew Rhett..

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?


ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.



COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:



The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.


The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Union Hall.


We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.

ALSO I THINK candidate ro-money got the President a few more votes at the opening ceremony, and I think they agreed on Face The Nation this morning; and why do you suppose all those liberal TV and radio personalities love to bring up the fact that England, France, Germany and most of the rest of the enlightened world has free health care but forget to tell people they also have government's that SUPPORT unions, could one be tied to the other ?


I AM MORE OF AN AMERICAN LEAGUE FAN, ORIOLES & MARINERS, BUT I MUST SAY THE NATIONAL LEAGUE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH THAT ALL STAR WIN.

I woke up today at 6am, to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (10) at 6:15am. I am still making some major changes, as you can see already; PROPAGANDA OUT, PHILOSOPHY IN; if this damn computer ever get's connected to the internet, MESSING WITH ME AGAIN TODAY? I did get out to Lloyd Center Pharmacy this morning and picked up my L.D.N. before the heat started to set in, I just hope it doesn't make that 90 degree plus for Kara's function, The new Velcro on my brace I got yesterday after my massage really works good.

PERSONAL &  PROPAGANDA:



I woke up today at 6am, to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep. I took my am pills (10) at 6:15am. I went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got up and took my energy drink at about 9:30am. I took my B.P at 10:30am and it was 170/92/63. I did mail order pills from Kaiser this morning, and the response I printed out and saved said they should be delivered in 7-10 days, yea right. I will also attempt to order my L.D.N. from Lloyd Center Pharmacy on M.L.K. And their phone system is as unfriendly as Kaiser's, so I may replace my Bankster picket sign with my Kaiser is unfair to me sign? :-)



Being that I have heard nothing back from Liz, I think I will give up on that “Union for profit Web site”.



I did get a cool e mail from Molly Smithson with a link to a u tube video of Nora Grace has up, and it was great. It has me thinking of making my own u tube video of how messed up Kaiser is. :-)



I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!

I also saw a couple reports from Tax professionals that did show how Ro-money might possibly know how he may NOT have paid any federal income tax for the last several years. Go get'em Senator Reid !

I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.

I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!

I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans (especially ro money) have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs.

The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1^st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.

We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.

THE OLYMPICS STARTED AND WE HAD ONE OF OUR OWN, AN OREGONIAN GOLD MEDALIST; LEADING THE U.S.A. DELEGATION. U.S.A. U.S.A. ALSO I THINK candidate ro-money got the President a few more votes at the opening ceremony, and I think they agreed on Face The Nation this morning; and why do you suppose all those liberal TV and radio personalities love to bring up the fact that England, France, Germany and most of the rest of the enlightened world has free health care but forget to tell people they also have government's that SUPPORT unions, could one be tied to the other ?



I AM MORE OF AN AMERICAN LEAGUE FAN, ORIOLES & MARINERS, BUT I MUST SAY THE NATIONAL LEAGUE WAS VERY IMPRESSIVE WITH THAT ALL STAR WIN.

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:


I woke up today at 6am, to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep; after a late night. Niece Stephanie and her girlfriend appeared to wish me a belated birthday so we all went up to Gloria'z for “Taco Tuesday” for dinner and I had the “pulled pork sliders ;-)”, being last night was “national, get out and meet your neighbor night,” I think. I took my am pills at 6:30am, with the baclofen from the Kaiser mail order Pharmacy that finally arrived yesterday. I went back to bed and slept for a couple more hours before I got up and took my energy drink at about 9am. After my fall yesterday morning Judi and I decided that we should get a walker for around the house. I took my B.P at 10:45am and it was 160/86/64.


Being I have heard nothing back from Liz, I think I will give up on that “Union for profit Web site”.

I did see Face The Nation Sunday and both sides think their candidate is winning, but there is still is a lot of concern over the House and Senate races; especially now that “Corporations” are considered people and “Carl Rove” has unlimited funds, so we did write a check for Congressman Schrader.

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:

I woke up late today, 7:30 am, to a 2-, after 9+- hours of sleep after a miserable nights sleep. I took my pills at 8am, short of many being Kaiser has not sent the ones I mail ordered. I planned on going to B.T. today, so I showered; but I fell down after it and had to have Judi come and help me get up. I have decided not to go to B.T. today and Judi and I decided that we should get a walker for around the house. I then drank a bottle of the 5hr+ energy drink and then took my B.P it was 152/84/73 at 9:45am.

My miserable nights sleep I think was attributable to to the news of the shooting and murder a few blocks away and watching the OPB news about the killings in Wisconsin. I taped the “Colbert Report” so when I awoke at 11pm last night hurting and with a terrible thirst and went back to bed I watched it, and he had “Pete Seeger” on as a guest and slept pretty good until I woke up to the Lawn guys. I did have a cool dream about attending an Arlo Guthrie concert so that's probably why I slept later than regular. I am not sure if I posted yesterday 8-6-12, because I did get over to Dr. Finley to pick up my Supplements and finished reviewing Cory Devines oral history of me and this damn computer is still being a pain in the A&& !

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:


I woke up late today, 9 am, to a 2+, after 9+- hours of sleep; I took my pills at 9:15am and then took my B.P it was 1169/84/73 at 9:20am. I went out to the garage to find my hose gun so I can change from the sprayer and get all the way to the flowers in the corner and the flower bush in the back. I'm going to take my energy drink in just a little bit. I haven't made Mass today or last night because of the heat. I also need to check the Power Ball. I will also call brother Mike to see how his bus trip to Seattle went and if he heard anymore on his M.R.I. ?


I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.

POLITICAL:



I did see Face The Nation this morning and both sides think their candidate is winning, but there is still is a lot of concern over the House and Senate races; especially now that “Corporations” are considered people and “Carl Rove” has unlimited funds.


I did get an e mail from Senator Merkley that he has introduced a bill that would get Home Mortgages interest rates down to 4%, but he also knows that the Republican controlled house will be holding it hostage until Millionaires get a tax break for all they earn over $250,000, as soon as I get a bill number I will report on it here.


I still need to get a couple of Clackamas County Lawn Signs for the County Chair and Commissioner candidate Jamie Damon, hopefully following their endorsement at the C.P.B.T., whenever that might happen, I did see in Friday's Labor Press that they received the endorsement of the N.W.O.L.C.?


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain does that not include healthcare?

The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.


We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:


I  woke up early again today, 6:30 am, to a 2+, after 8+- hours of sleep; I took my pills at 7am and then went back to bed until a little after 9am, I then got up and took one of my energy drinks and then my B.P it said it was 194/177/63 at 9:30am, I'm sure that can not be right even with the “energy drink”, so I will take it again before I post. I did get up to Gloria'z yesterday and got a copy of Cory's oral history she took of me for her book, she e mailed it to me and I put it on my desktop and I will be working on it for a while. The sessions I had with her have resulted in 22 pages of transcribed material for me to review. It makes me wonder if Greg, the gentleman doing the oral history for the Historical Society would even have a possibility of having anything before Kar's wedding later this month. I haven't won the Power Ball, “YET”, BUT IT'S STILL UP THERE!


I am getting signals that my computer doesn’t want to connect to the internet so I am not sure when this may post?


I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.


I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!

Function at their house today but I declined because of a previous commitment, and it's good thing too; when I took my energy drink at 9am, I checked the thermometer on the south deck; and while it is in direct sunlight it was already over 80 degrees so I came back here to the computer room, thank goodness for Air Conditioning.

TODAY, AUGUST 2nd 2012, I have been listening to the debate in the Senate on Cyber Security and while they ALL agree for the need for the bill, they also know it is not going to go anywhere in the House. YESTERDAY WOMEN IN THIS COUNTRY HAVE MUCH LESS TO WORRY ABOUT, THANKS TO WHAT LITTLE OF THE “OBAMA CARE” TOOK EFFECT THEN !

I woke up early again today, 6:30 am, to a 2+, after 8+- hours of sleep; I took my pills at 7:15am and my B.P is 160/74/68 at 4:15pm. I awoke early and am posting late because I did make lunch with cousin Billy and my B.P. May be a little high because I did have 2 of my “Power Drinks” and stopped by Gloria'z after lunch for my “Birthday Dew” and just got home moments ago. I actually met a young lady there that had never really heard of Woody Guthrie? The B.T yesterday was a very good meeting and my CFS lunch at the farmhouse and the machine was very patriotic. Was great. He did tell me that Bobbie and Dennis were back from Montana and the wedding, performed by son Dan; was great. He also told me there will be a Volunteer Organizing Committee meeting tonight, but I definitely doubt I'll make it, I haven't heard back from Liz yet anyway.

TODAY, AUGUST 1ST 2012, WOMEN IN THIS COUNTRY HAVE MUCH LESS TO WORRY ABOUT, THANKS TO WHAT LITTLE OF THE “OBAMA CARE” TOOK EFFECT TODAY !


CONGRESSMAN BLUMENHAUERS REPRESENTATIVE DID FORGET TO BRING SOME ENVELOPES, BUT I DID GET ED BARNES TO COMMIT TO BRING SOME JAY INSLEE FOR GOVERNOR SIGNS TO THE NEXT MEETING, ALTHOUGH I THINK THE WASHINGTON BALLOT'S ARE IN THE MAIL ALREADY AND NEED TO BE IN BY THE 7TH?


I need to get a couple of Clackamas County Lawn Signs for the County Chair and Commissioner candidate Jamie Damon, hopefully following their endorsement at the C.P.B.T., whenever that might happen?


I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

You are my solace, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will guide my heart away from the darkness of fear and into the light of Christ. May the hope that St. Jude keeps alive in my heart be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope, we know God's mercy, and we trust God's promise of eternal life. As your children we implore your intercession with Jesus your Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you today. For sister Danni, nephews Steve & Daniel, cousin Dennis, sister Mary and Aunt Mary and those who are having health issues; protecting Christopher, Rhyon, Brandee, Amy and Rhett, and all in need, and the repose of the soul of cousin Dan Monahan's sister-in-law, Patricia. We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help ALL of us, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever, Amen.”


I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress could use a copy of that book!


I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain does that not include healthcare? I have been to confession and told the priest I was disturbed at the stand the church was taking on the National Health Care debate and he actually included it in his homily.


ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”
(rhetorical question), THAT MEANS, I KNOW THE ANSWER.



COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:


The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs.


The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and we will be doing a “BULL SESSION” drawing at the Union meeting's to help raise $ for them and I did send in my 1st installment, but I am relatively sure I will not be able to play in tournament.



UNION REPORT:


I am sorry, but I will not be able to make the O.R.T. Meeting tonight at the Hall at 6pm.

I did hear from Barbara Smith Warner at Building Trades that Senator Wyden will be in State most of August; it maybe a good time to invite him to the Hall.

We need to remember Brother Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens (who looked pretty good at the retiree meeting); and Brother Sonny Newsom who are recovering from surgeries and Brother Jim Zettlow who is fighting Mesothelioma, and brother Dennis Hutzenbieler who is doing well and heading off to a wedding in Anaconda, for speedy and successful recoveries so please add them to your prayers, and the family of Brother Jack Sundstrom.



SPORTS:


THE OLYMPIC'S STARTED AND WE HAD ONE OF OUR OWN, AN OREGONIAN GOLD MEDALIST; LEADING THE U.S.A. DELEGATION. U.S.A. U.S.A. ALSO I THINK candidate ro-money got the President a few more votes at the opening ceremony, and why do you suppose all those liberal TV and radio personalities love to bring up the fact that England, France, Germany and most of the rest of the enlightened world has free health care but forget to tell people they also have government's that SUPPORT unions, could one be tied to the other ?

I DID HAVE A NICE TALK WITH LARRY PAHUT AND HE FILLED ME IN ON HIS DAUGHTERS AMY AND BRANDEE, AND THAT THEY ARE BOTH GETTING READY FOR DEPLOYMENT, ONE TO JAPAN AND ONE TO KUWAIT, GOD BLESS AND PROTECT THEM. DANIEL DID TELL ME THAT WHILE KUWAIT WAS HOTTER THAN IRAQ, IT WAS SAFER.

PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:


I woke up early today, 6:30 am, to a 3, after 8+- hours of sleep; I took my pills at 7am and my B.P at 6:45am and my B.P. was 132/77/56 at 6:45am. I awoke early and did make the Blumenhauer breakfast and he was every bit the STAR under which he spoke at the podium. I am not sure when or if this computer will let me post but I will give it my best effort to update. I took one Energy drink after the breakfast at 9:30am, and I will go up to Gloria'z after they open to check my scratch off and see if the Oregon lottery will continue to be good to me. And yes Jeff I did speak to Earl about your suggestions.


I am still slowly in the process of designing my own “for profit” business. “WALLY'S LIST”, and I am still waiting to hear from Good Friend and W.O.W. Woman Liz Schuler on face book to make sure I get it right.
