PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 8:45am today after 10+hrs of sleep to a 3. I haven't heard from either Lou or the Kaiser rep yet, but Lou said to give him a call Monday. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. It was warm but with a little breeze first thing. We are going to head over to Daniels later today about 4pm for his 30th birthday. I forgot Stevie's, so I will be taking him a card also. I will split the 2 Beavers game tickets I got for building trades night on August 19th. They announced last night that they were moving to Southern California so having a ticket stub from their last year would be a good thing I think. I am watching the Cubs beat the Dodgers as we speak.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the other coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space but I will keep the following for a while longer.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” and I still haven't filled it out yet but I am supposed to call Lou Monday and maybe there will be no need. I checked my e-mails and did not realize I have been on that LDN since October last year.
This will be the last direct blog comment on the following but I will try to put “My reading recommendations” on the front page.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book, more so now that the Beavers have decided to move. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.

This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 1115/80/65 at 11:50am.

Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?
DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE “LITTLE” PEOPLE IN THE GULF, WAITING ON ALL THAT B.P. OIL TO COME ASHORE WOULD RATHER HAVE HAD AN L.N.G. PLANT? ( this is for all my Oregon Anti LNG readers) Even Hailey Barbour and Bobby Jindal are pissed now.

Speaking of struggling teams, Go Orioles; and Peter have your people keep an eye on that Mehrens kid that is playing for the S. Cal Rangers, I have been following his progress on line and he definitely has the right stuff, although his team is really struggling. I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

LOU, DID YOU HEAR FROM KAISER YET? ME NEITHER.

I awoke this morning at 6:45am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3-. I awoke this morning with a little lower back pain, hence the 3-. I haven't heard from either Lou or the Kaiser rep yet, but maybe today? I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. V.P. Joe Biden didn't stop by with my check, but I guess he was too busy. I haven't received my promised S.S. Check or my Kaiser refund so I better take John up on his invite to join them at the BULL Session.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.

If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

JOE, DID YOU BRING MY CHECK??
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7:45am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3-. I awoke this morning with a full plate of tasks today, a trip to Lloyd Center pharmacy for one of my compound medications, get gas and get the receipts to Kaisers so they can add it to the 5/6 they have that I am supposed to get reimbursed for; without any luck so far and I met with the assistant B.M. yesterday and he called the Kaiser representative, who was not in yesterday and I am waiting to hear from both Lou C. and the Kaiser man. I haven't heard from either one yet. (4:10pm). I did get to the NWOLC Breakfast with Senator Wyden yesterday and the Breakfast was VERY well attended and the Senator did a wonderful job. Well deserving of his STAR HERO designation. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway. The noon news was showing the landing of V.P. Biden at the airport and the consequential I-84 backup as he was coming in for a fund raiser for Congressman Schrader; I was going to go, I do think he is a good guy, but I haven't received my promised S.S. Check or my Kaiser refund so I could not afford it.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I dropped the other coal stuff that has been here for a while to save space but I will keep the following for a while longer.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
I am sure Joe Biden is not here for my promised check. Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” but you can't scan and copy it to fill out on my computer so I will have to fill it out by hand, I will try to get that done soon, as I haven't heard from the Kaiser rep or Lou.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds, maybe I'll get my checks from S.S. or Kaiser before November.

M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 122/72/59 at 4:40pm.
POLITICAL
I watched the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) I so I added her. I did start a newer classification in my EVIL LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will give him special recognition to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

I watched one of the segments of the Ken Burns series on baseball, two things struck me, Branch Rickey's decades of struggle to break the color barrier of Major League Baseball that culminated when he took that other multi sport kid from Pasadena City College.

WELL DONE SENATOR WYDEN !!
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 6:30am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3. I awoke early this morning so I would not be late for the NWOLC Breakfast with Senator Wyden. The Breakfast was VERY well attended and the Senator did a wonderful job. Well deserving of his STAR HERO designation. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I my DMV Odyssey continues all I got done yesterday was an appointment for my Drive test. After the Wyden breakfast I went by the DMV in Gladstone and it was busier than the one on Powell so I went out to the hall to stop by the credit union and let John know I thought he did a great job at the breakfast. Ron was pretty sure that the Senate would get the unemployment extension finished next week after the 4th of July break. And he received much cudo's for helping the Portland School District up grade their Energy plants with recovery dollars and when complete they should lower energy costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I knew most current school power plants were recovered boilers taken from WWII Liberty ships. I did also remind him that the “Soft Landing Bill” needs to get done and he was proud to be one of the chief sponsors.

I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and Senator Byrd was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing the MSHA over
ventilation regulations.

I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 119/78/58 at 1:40pm.
POLITICAL
I have been watching the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) So I added her. I did start a newer classification in my EVIL LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will give him special recognition to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?
DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE “LITTLE” PEOPLE IN THE GULF, WAITING ON ALL THAT B.P. OIL TO COME ASHORE WOULD RATHER HAVE HAD AN L.N.G. PLANT? ( this is for all my Oregon Anti LNG readers) Even Hailey Barbour and Bobby Jindal are pissed now.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I awoke this morning at 6:30am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3. I awoke early this morning so I would not be late for the NWOLC Breakfast with Senator Wyden. The Breakfast was VERY well attended and the Senator did a wonderful job. Well deserving of his STAR HERO designation. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I my DMV Odyssey continues all I got done yesterday was an appointment for my Drive test. After the Wyden breakfast I went by the DMV in Gladstone and it was busier than the one on Powell so I went out to the hall to stop by the credit union and let John know I thought he did a great job at the breakfast. Ron was pretty sure that the Senate would get the unemployment extension finished next week after the 4th of July break. And he received much cudo's for helping the Portland School District up grade their Energy plants with recovery dollars and when complete they should lower energy costs by hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. I knew most current school power plants were recovered boilers taken from WWII Liberty ships. I did also remind him that the “Soft Landing Bill” needs to get done and he was proud to be one of the chief sponsors.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and Senator Byrd was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing the MSHA over
ventilation regulations.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
I am still waiting on Kaiser and Joe Biden for my promised checks. I did talk with Lou C. about my issue with the Kaiser refunds due me. Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” but you can't scan and copy it to fill out on my computer so I will have to fill it out by hand, I will try to get that done today as the Kaiser rep Lou called was out of the office today.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. I don't know why or how the “Chef Judi” ad was changed but we should have it redone soon. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”. I did meet up with a couple of Cheryl Meyers campaign workers at Gloriaz there on Sunnyside when they got a break to eat.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.

Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. I didn't have Joann's twins address so I sent both graduation cards to Patti Ann.

PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 8:30am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3. I slept in this morning because I watched the fireworks program at the Capital with Jimmy Smits and it was spectacular. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I will be posting a little early because I want to post before I head off to the DMV to continue my Odyssey
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.

Having spent most of Friday at the DMV here in Clackamas and after waiting in a 20 person line and showing them all the stuff required for my drivers license according to the phone call to the State I was told I must go to either the Gladstone or Powell DMV's to take a test and I will go to the Powell one today. I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

I awoke this morning at 8:30am today after 9+hrs of sleep to a 3. I slept in this morning because I watched the fireworks program at the Capital with Jimmy Smits and it was spectacular. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I will be posting a little early because I want to post before I head off to the DMV to continue my Odyssey
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and Senator Byrd was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing the MSHA over
ventilation regulations.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
I am still waiting on Kaiser and Joe Biden for my promised checks. Having spent most of Friday at the DMV here in Clackamas and after waiting in a 20 person line and showing them all the stuff required for my drivers license according to the phone call to the State I was told I must go to either the Gladstone or Powell DMV's to take a test and I will go to the Powell one today. Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” but you can't scan and copy it to fill out on my computer so I will have to fill it out by hand.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. If you check on the chef Judi picture here on the front page it should take you to where you can order her book. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”. I did receive an invitation to walk with Cheryl Meyers in the Estacada 4th of July parade, I did not make the walk with her but nephew Daniel did just before he came by yesterday to untie his YELLOW RIBBON in his Hummer as he was driving by back to the base.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.

Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My BP is 121/75/59 at 11am.
POLITICAL
I have been watching the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) I so I added her yesterday. I did start a newer classification in my EVIL LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will give him special recognition to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

IF YOU HAVE SERVED OR ARE SERVING, THANK YOU - HONOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES

I awoke this morning at 9+am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway, this whole issue is dedicated to the men and women serving in the armed service and all those who have served. The important stuff for today I will try to make in BOLD.
I AM POSTING A LITTLE LATE TODAY BECAUSE WE WENT TO BRUNCH AT PEG AND ERIC'S WITH STEPHANIE AND RHYON AND DANIEL STOPPED BY AFTER PARTICIPATING IN A FOURTH OF JULY PARADE AND UNTIED HIS YELLOW RIBBON.
WE NOW HAVE ONLY ONE NAILED TO THE DECK FOR CHRISTOPHER AND WE DID GET A PHOTO THAT I HOPE TO BE ABLE POST IN THE FUTURE.

I don't know if Senator Robert Byrd was so much a fisherman either, but I believe he is in the net also. He is living proof that even a Senator can learn and change. He went from filibustering the civil rights act to being a champion of workers, coal miners and the congress.

Kaiser did send me the “complaint form” but you can't scan and copy it to fill out on my computer so I will have to fill it out by hand. I did talk to B.M. John Endicott about my Kaiser issues and he suggested I get the letter to him when I got it and he would contact their Kaiser Representative because he thought my coverage was sufficient also, I sent him a copy of the “denial of coverage letters and even though my emails to him have been coming back as undeliverable; I have cc'd Mike and he has received them.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. If you check on the chef Judi picture here on the front page it should take you to where you can order her book. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would also recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”. I did not make the walk with Cheryl Meyers in the Estacada 4th of July parade.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.

Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds.
I don't know if Senator Robert Byrd was so much a fisherman either, but I believe he is in the net also. He is living proof that even a Senator can learn and change. He went from filibustering the civil rights act to being a champion of workers, coal miners and the congress.

M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive.
POLITICAL
I have been watching the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) I also started a newer classification in my EVIL LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will move him up/down to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

ESTACADA 4th OF JULY PARADE, WAVE AT CHERYL MEYERS
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 7am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3-. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I am still impressed with the President and his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and Senator Byrd was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing the MSHA over
ventilation regulations.

The Vice President will be in town Today for a fund-raiser for Congressman Kurt Schrader, but I don't think it is to bring my Social Security supplemental check so I won't be making it. I know I have been repeating things, maybe too much, on my blog; but some of this stuff I need to be reminded of and some of this stuff others need to be reminded of.
M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My B.P. was 129/82/57 at 9:40am today. I heard from my neurologist's assistant yesterday and an increase the LDN to twice a day is not recommended even though I moved to taking it in the morning and I have been feeling much better in the morning.

I have been watching the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) I also started a newer classification in my EVIL LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will move him up/down to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?

WHO ELSE WENT TO YALE?
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 5:45am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3+. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and he was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing MSHA over
ventilation regulations.
I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
I am still waiting on Kaiser and Joe Biden for my checks. I spoke spent most of Tuesday on the phone with Kaiser talking to them about NOT getting my checks for the “compound medications” and was told I was NOT eligible for reimbursement and they would send me a “complaint form” to fill out. I got the complaint form in the mail yesterday but I haven't filled it out yet. After going to Lunch with brother Mike I had time to talk to B.M. John Endicott about it and he suggested I get the letter to him when I got it and he would contact their Kaiser Representative because he thought my coverage was sufficient also, I will be sending him a copy of the complaint letter even though my emails to him have been coming back as undeliverable but I have cc'd Mike and he has received them. The Vice President will be in town Tomorrow for a fund-raiser for Congressman Kurt Schrader, but I don't think it is to bring my Social Security supplemental check. And apparently Paul Haaaansen will be in town and Judi and I will try to catch him for lunch.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. If you check on the chef Judi picture here on the front page it should take you to where you can order her book. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would recommend the new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.

Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds.
I don't know if Senator Robert Byrd was so much a fisherman either, but I believe he is in the net also.

I watched 60 minutes and as far as I am concerned, now that the Supreme Court has ruled that Corporations must be treated as regular people as far as “Campaign Finance is concerned” shouldn't they be treated as regular people when it comes to Murder or Manslaughter? If two or more people get together to plan and commit a crime isn't that a “conspiracy”; isn't that how they got the MOB?

2 SENATORS SHORT, FOR OVER 1 MILLION AMERICANS TO GET THEIR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
PERSONAL
I awoke this morning at 6:30am today after 8+hrs of sleep to a 3+. I took my pills and put up my flag. I am still going to try to shorten my blog as I am not so sure many read it anyway.
I am still impressed with the President with his handling of B.P.. I still wish that his campaign statement that he was going to get us out of Iraq and Afghanistan was higher on his priority list though.
I believe that coal is the most abundant source of energy in this country. I do hope that this country can develop an energy system that does not need “dirty old oil”, the gulf coast fiasco comes to mind. Mining coal and drilling for oil are very dangerous jobs also, and he was a tireless fighter for workers in general and coal minors in particular.

The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is moving ahead in its
investigation of the explosion at Massey Energy's Upper Big Branch mine in West
Virginia, where ventilation problems may be a vital clue to the blast that
killed 29 miners. Meanwhile, Massey, with "curious" timing, is suing MSHA over
ventilation regulations.I would submit, most of those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan are doing dangerous jobs also and I would venture a guess, most of them would rather have the opportunity to work in a coal mine, on an oil rig, OR POWER PLANT than in the ALL VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
I am still waiting on Kaiser and Joe Biden for my checks. I spoke spent most of Tuesday on the phone with Kaiser talking to them about NOT getting my checks for the “compound medications” and was told I was NOT eligible for reimbursement and they would send me a “complaint form” to fill out. After going to Lunch with brother Mike I had time to talk to B.M. John Endicott about it and he suggested I get the letter to him when I got it and he would contact their Kaiser Representative because he thought my coverage was sufficient also, we also talked about my phone call yesterday from Senator Wyden's office on protecting our multi-employer pensions, and he thought the Senator was a star for his work to get the Portland Public schools an energy efficiency grant under one of the Presidents new programs. We talked about the submission for the U.A. Journal on the number of years of membership, and service to the United association by the Mehrens family. When I got home I emailed, what I thought I had already sent him, but maybe not because he did not remember getting it. The Vice President will be in town Saturday for a fund-raiser for Congressman Kurt Schrader, but I don't think it is to bring my Social Security supplemental check.
We have PUBLISHED AUTHOR in the family and I think she is only a few sales away from making the Clackamas County Review best seller list, she is also hard at work on her second book, so be on the lookout for it. If you check on the picture here on the front page it should take you to where you can order her book. Until she started writing that cookbook I never realized how many people needed Gluten Free food. I also have another book to recommend. “The Opposite Field” by Jessie Katz. I would encourage anyone who likes Baseball, in particular little league, to get that book. It has been a really good read so far, and I would recommend a new one from Ed Schultz, “Killer Politics”.
I still believe the U of O is ANTI-UNION, and it appears they are not the only people, and appears to me now that they are not alone.
NEPHEW CHRISTOPHER IS IN AFGHANISTAN STILL, and thank you for your service and you are in our prayers every day.
Cousin Larry Pahut's, run off election is in November and he will also need more help. I will say thank you to any and all that helped. That would be a picture of our grandfather there on the right, John L. Monahan, L for Larry? His sister, Patty Ann Sullivan is his Campaign Manager and must have done a fine job. I actually did send him a check, and saw that it had been cashed and would ask all to give what they can. (campaign H.Q. Are 400 Spruce, Anaconda, Montana 59711) Based on the fact he is in a run off they will probably still need more funds.
I don't know if Senator Robert Byrd was so much a fisherman either, but I am sure he is in the net also.

M.S., LDN and AMP REPORT
This is my attempt to keep track of my experiences with my LDN treatment for my Neurologist and his RN. So far with the 4.5mg, I think I'm noticeably better, especially since I am starting my day with it instead of finishing the day. I am experiencing better days and now that I'm doing the new dosage I am seeing a marked change. I have now been on that brand new FDA approved pill, Aminopyridine, even though I missed a few times, I am very pleased. It is supposed to be good for “gait” issues, even those with primary progressive. My B.P. was 124/78/56 at 9:53am today.
POLITICAL
I have been watching the opening of the hearing on Ms. Kagan as a Supreme Court court nominee. I think she is a good candidate for my W.O.W. List. (Women of Wisdom) I started a newer LIST. Based on Senator Sessions opening statements we will move him up/down to this new list “AGRONA”, which “I think” is Gaelic for Devil. I'll turn it on today after posting, as so far it has been a real comedy and brings, even my assessment of the United States Senate close to a new low.
Am I the only one that sees a general connection between the “Tea Partiers”, the “Michigan Militia” and all the other CRAZIES out there, to the “MANSON FAMILY” and Dick Army as the new Manson?
DO YOU THINK ALL THOSE “LITTLE” PEOPLE IN THE GULF, WAITING ON ALL THAT B.P. OIL TO COME ASHORE WOULD RATHER HAVE HAD AN L.N.G. PLANT? ( this is for all my Oregon Anti LNG readers) Even Hailey Barbour and Bobby Jindal are pissed now (not at B.P.; at the federal government).
