****THE UNION MEETING SHOULDN'T LAST ANY MORE THAN 2/3 HOURS****

PERSONAL:


I awoke this morning at about 6am and awoke to a 2. I then took my am pills (11), at 6:35am, then laid back down until about 9am and then took my energy shot. I took B.P. at 9:15am and it was 147/83/67. I realize I haven't posted in a long time and believe it or not I have received a number of e mails showing concern on why I haven't posted and why I Un-friended Gerry Bruce on face book, but I was just doing what he asked of me, but he is still my friend; so I will attempt to post this morning as I want to watch some Football today, so I should be short.




POLITICAL:



It sure appears that WALL STREET is VERY concerned with the election results, and they should be.




BELIEF'S:

If we keep buying imports, where will our children work ?

Prayer to St. Jude for Eternal Life

You are my solace, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will guide my heart away from the darkness of fear and into the light of Christ. May the hope that St. Jude keeps alive in my heart be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope, we know God's mercy, and we trust God's promise of eternal life. My soul longs for the fullness of life, which is only to be revealed when I meet my Maker in heaven. Stay by my side, St. Jude, so that my soul will always know the power of your healing love. Amen.

As your children we implore your intercession with Jesus your Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you today. For sister Danni, nephews Steve & Daniel, cousin Dennis, sister Mary and Aunt Mary, and those who are having health issues; protecting Christopher, Rhyon, Brandee, Amy and Rhett, and all in need, and the repose of the soul of Uncle Hank Burgess. We are comforted in knowing your heart is ever open to those who ask for your prayer. We trust to your care and intercession, those whom we love and who are sick or lonely or hurting. Help ALL of us, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever, Amen.”




COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS & CHARITIES:



Brother Glen Schuck's Oregon Military Support Network (O.M.S.N.) spaghetti feed fundraiser hopefully was successful, I did get bye there for a little while before Mass last night and put a couple bids in and bought a few drawing tickets that I had to leave with Glenn, but I'm sure he will let me know if any of my bids hold up or I won anything in the drawing.


The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program, and you can make a donation at the U.A. Credit Union, and those “Import” bumper stickers seem to be helping




UNION REPORT:


I did make the Union Meeting Friday night, and gave my P.A.C. Committee report, and the meeting actually got over before 11pm. No thanks to a couple of members that seem to have forgotten the elections, both the local and National are OVER.


We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, Brother Sonny Newsom, who according to his stepson Wade, the BARBEQUER EXTRODINAIRE, is doing better.




SPORTS:



THE DUCKS LOST YESTERDAY, but I'm thinking the “CIVIL WAR” game should be quite the contest !




FAMILY & A.O.H. REPORT :



WE DID HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER THAT WAS ROOTING AGAINST THE DUCKS.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE; AND YES WE WILL BE AT SISTER DANI'S IN VANCOUVER AGAIN THIS YEAR.

THE NEXT A.O.H. MEETING IS TUESDAY NIGHT AT KELLS, AND I PLAN TO RUN FOR A.O.H. PRESIDENT AND I DID LET EVERYONE KNOW SO HOPEFULLY I WILL GET SOME FEEDBACK THEN.

I am also going to get going on my “for profit” web site soon I hope.

It still appears I am one of the few “followers” on most of my blogs !
