PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at a little after 6am, and took my am pills. (10) and then napped until 8:30am. I then took my five hr energy at about 9am. I took my B.P. at about 1:30pm and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email, and this wonderful (NOT) computer program is still messing with me. I haven't posted for a while because of it. My B.P. is 132/80/64 at 1:30pm, pretty good considering how this damn computer is messing with me again, and as busy as I have been this week. I am posting (I hope) late because I just got home from my retiree meeting. I went to the 290 picnic Sunday, then the CPBT and AOH Tuesday, The Portland City Council Wednesday and then the retiree meeting today and the regular Union meeting tomorrow night. I did get my “walker” delivered today but I haven't checked my e mail yest to see if I have an appointment with my primary care Dr which I asked for when I asked for my walker, but I really don't think Kaiser departments communicate that well with each other ? I have put together my list of what and when I am taking my pills for my next appointment with Dr. Zarelli.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
SENATOR WYDEN, WE NEED THOSE GOOD UNION JOBS ON THE PIPELINE AND COAL TERMINALS !
I do need to get to an Obama Biden H.Q. and get some lawn signs.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.

We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, brother Dennis Hutzenbieler, (who looked pretty good at Kara's wedding and the picnic), Brother Sonny Newsom, brother Gil Freeland for their speedy and successful recoveries who are recovering from surgeries, and I saw Gil Labor Day and he looked great.

***WHY DO ALL RELIGIONS THINK MURDER IS OK SOMETIMES ?***
SEPTEMBER 12, 2012
I awoke this morning at a little after 6am, and took my am pills. (10) and then napped until 9:30am. I then took my five hr energy at about 10am. I took my B.P. at about 11:30am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email, and this wonderful (NOT) computer program is messing with me again. I got locked up last night and Judi has informed me that I need to try to use goggle chrome as my search engine. My B.P. is 135/73/54 at 11:30am, pretty good considering how this damn computer is messing with me again. I have put together my list of what and when I am taking my pills for Dr. Zarelli and my appointment tomorrow, and I did request a walker, as I have fallen three to four times in the last few weeks and an appointment with my primary care Dr. to talk about my knee; it would sure be nice if she would schedule me for the same day, but Lord knows if I will be able to get on and get my email ?

My B.P. was 145/77/62 at 10:45am, pretty good considering this damn computer is messing with me again. I put out my flag this morning for the anniversary of 9-11 and I missed the lawn guys this morning, and Judi is heading over to see David this morning and has her date with Maurge tonight but I did put together my list of what and when I am taking my pills for Dr. Zarelli and my appointment on Thursday, and I did request a walker, as I have fallen three to four times in the last few weeks and an appointment with my primary care Dr. to talk about my knee; it would sure be nice if she would schedule me for the same day ?

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, brother Dennis Hutzenbieler, (who looked pretty good at Kara's wedding), Brother Sonny Newsom, brother Gil Freeland for their speedy and successful recoveries who are recovering from surgeries, and I saw Gil Labor Day and he looked great.

***11 YEARS TOMORROW, THANK OUR TROOPS***

PERSONAL:
I awoke this morning at a little after 6am, and took my am pills. (10). I took my B.P. at about 10:45am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email, and this wonderful (NOT) computer program is messing with me again. My B.P. was 138/82/68 at 10:45am, pretty good considering this damn computer is messing with me again. I did watch “60 minutes” last night and they had a good piece on one of the “seal team” members that got Bin Laden, and he has a new book coming out; scheduled to be released tomorrow on the anniversary of 9-11. I did feed my birds this morning and if the computer lets me I'm going to e mail Dr. Zarelli and request a walker, as I have fallen three to four times in the last few weeks.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

PERSONAL:

I did watch “Face the Nation” this morning and, at least those “talking heads” were saying that the neither the Republican or Democrat's Convention gave either party a bump. I am watching Patriots slam Tennessee, but this damn machine keeps F*****g with me, so I am still not sure if or when I will post? I did see a little of the Oregon Ducks ball game yesterday before Mass and I thought I saw cousin Dennis in a quick pan of the crowd.

PERSONAL:
I slept in until 9:15am, and took my am pills. (10). I am still taking my “screwy dream” pill (ariset) in the morning, with the permission of my neurologist but the dreams still persist, but they are not quite as bad. I took my B.P. at about 11am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email. I did watch Michelle Obama, President Clinton and President Obama's speech's at the Democratic Convention, and I for one am totally sold on “FOUR MORE YEARS” ! Apparently the “DOW” was impressed also as it was up over 225 point's, yesterday; but the jobs report today was getting bad press when I came in to do my blog. And this damn machine keeps F*****g with me so I am still not sure if or when I will post?

Bobbie, my blog is 4 Pages and 1,200+- words, before I rechecked my e-mail, anyway.
PERSONAL:
I slept in until 9:15am, and took my am pills. (10). I am still taking my “screwy dream” pill (ariset) in the morning, with the permission of my neurologist but the dreams still persist, but they are not quite as bad. I took my B.P. at about 11am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email. My B.P. was 130/73/66 at 11am, pretty good considering this damn computer is messing with me again. I did watch Michelle Obama, President Clinton and President Obama's speech's at the Democratic Convention, and I for one am totally sold on “FOUR MORE YEARS” ! Apparently the “DOW” was impressed also as it was up over 225 point's, yesterday; but the jobs report today was getting bad press when I came in to do my blog. And this damn machine keeps F*****g with me so I am still not sure if or when I will post?
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and I did win one of the “BULL SESSION” drawings at the last Union meeting and told Dave S. to give it to Justin May and now I need to call Ed Ellis to ask him to use my 1st installment as an auction donation starter for Justin at the dinner Auction.

***PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON IS STILL AT THE TOP OF HIS GAME ***

PERSONAL:
I did wake up at 7:15am, and took my am pills and then went back and napped until after after 9am. I did awake to a 2+, after 10+- hours of sleep. I am still taking my “screwy dream” pill (ariset) in the morning, with the permission of my neurologist but the dreams still persist, but they are not quite as bad. I took my B.P. at about 10:15am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and check my email. My B.P. was 128/81/59 at 10:15am. I did watch President Clinton last night nominate President Obama for his second term and I must say his speech at the Democratic Convention, and I for one am totally sold on “FOUR MORE YEARS” ! Apparently the “DOW” was impressed also as it was up over 225 point's when I came in to do my blog. My blood pressure is pretty good because I took it BEFORE I came back here to check my mail or go on line. As this damn machine keeps F*****g with me I am still not sure if or when I will post?

President Clinton's nominating speech, was tremendous. Following it, I went to Fox news; and even (most) of their talking heads were impressed, and it was hilarious, to me anyway, that their scroll on the bottom focused on the democrat's not having a balloon drop, NOW THAT'S NEWS.

***FOUR MORE YEARS, FOR MOM IN CHIEF !***

PERSONAL:

I did watch Michelle Obama's speech at the Democratic Convention, and I for one am totally sold on keeping her in as “First Mom” for four more years. I was going to tune in to Fox, but her speech left me with such a high I didn't want to listen to any more republican talking points. And that Current TV channel investigative reporter researching Ro-money and the Mormon Church was still on my mind. He went and interviewed an Evangelical couple (Tea Par tiers) in Iowa who didn't really believe Mormons were Christians, and if the choice was between Ro-money and Osama, (their words not mine) they wouldn't vote, GOOD !

The Democrats start having Michelle Obama ( FOUR MORE YEARS AS MOM IN CHIEF ! )keynote yesterday was absolutely awesome. I still think a “debt clock” that shows the debt increase, just since the republicans scuttled the PRESIDENT OBAMA PLAN”would be well received, being the republicans started their convention with the “debt clock” on the wall so all delegates could see it.

****HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MUGGS AND LEFTY****
SEPTEMBER 4, 2012
PERSONAL:
I did wake up at 6am, and took my am pills and then went back and napped until after after 9am. I didn't post yesterday because we went to the Labor Day picnic at Oaks Park and had a wonderful time. The speechifying was very good, with a lot of politicians and I think of all of them the two best speakers were The Governor and Senator Merkley. Local 290 had it's own section and over 400 people there. After the picnic and dinner at McGrath's we did get home around eight, and I was not too fatigued. I think my “fatigue” is because Kaiser's web site is screwed up and they don't even have the large or small ritalin on my list of prescriptions. I notified my neurologist and received a message back from “his team” with an unacceptable answer. Their ad's say “pick Kaiser and Thrive”, well they are sure making it harder and harder to “THRIVE” ! I did awake to a 2+, after 10+- hours of sleep. I have been taking my “screwy dream” pill (ariset) in the morning, with the permission of my neurologist but the dreams still persist, but they are not quite as bad. I did take my bumper stickers for the Labor Day picnic, and put ten on the Labor Council's table and ten at the 290 section. I took my B.P. at about 10:30am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and checking my email. My B.P. was 144/83/56 at 10:30am. If I am lucky I will post today. I did start to watch the Current TV channel and they had an investigative reporter researching Ro-money and the Mormon Church which was quite interesting. He went and interviewed an Evangelical couple (Tea Partiers) in Iowa who didn't really believe Mormons were Christians, and if the choice was between Ro-money and Osama, (their words not mine) they wouldn't vote.
I am still working on correcting mistakes, AND NOT ALL OF THESE ARE MINE YOU KNOW!
IT STILL APPEARS I NEED AN ELECTRICTAN AS THE POWER IN THE KITCHEN IS STILL GONE :-( .
POLITICAL:
The Democrats should start their convention with a “debt clock” that shows the debt increase just since the republicans scuttled the PRESIDENT OBAMA PLAN”! Republicans started their convention with the “debt clock” on the wall so all delegates could see it, maybe the Democrat's should have one at theirs that just showed it clicking since THEY scuttled the President Obama plan.
I must also say we have much to do before the November elections, but I will also say, as a life-long Democrat; it does appear we will have a real coordinated campaign this year, and from what everyone is saying, we better. THANK YOU ASHLEY.

Congressman Schrader also did well at the picnic. I also received a fundraiser letter from Congressman Schrader and I will put his e mail address in here so you can help fight the “Rove Billions” ! And sign his petition to get us out of Afghanistan. And I also understand his lawn signs are ready.

I did return the book to the church library, “BECOMING MORE LIKE CHRIST”; it is a basic guide to daily prayer and meditation and it has been uncanny in the assistance it has given me almost daily. I still think all those, so called, Christians in congress, especially V.P. Candidate Paul Ryan; could use a copy of that book!
I BELIEVE JESUS CHRIST WAS THE FIRST “TRUE” COMMUNIST, BECAUSE I BELIEVE HE WAS THE FIRST TO SAY; EVERYTHING “BELONGS” TO EVERYONE. In that same vain, doesn't that include healthcare?
ARE “ALL” WOMEN & UNION MEMBERS THAT ARE REPUBLICANS JUST STUPID ?”

The American Rights at Work still needs help; now more than ever. We must not take our eye off that MAIN issue, The President?, and our two Senators haven't; E.F.C.A. And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs and picking Paul Ryan means they are locked and loaded.
The Local 290 “DON SALEE” Member Assistance Program; and you can even make a donation through the U.A. Credit Union, and I did win one of the “BULL SESSION” drawings at the last Union meeting and told Dave S. to give it to Justin May and now I need to call Ed Ellis to ask him to use my 1st installment as an auction donation starter for Justin at the dinner Auction.

We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, brother Dennis Hutzenbieler, (who looked pretty good at Kara's wedding), Brother Sonny Newsom, brother Gil Freeland for their speedy and successful recoveries who are recovering from surgeries, and I saw Gil yesterday and he looked great.

***P.S.U. STOMPS CARROLL, SURPRISE***

PERSONAL:
I pretty much slept around the clock again but I did wake up at 6am, and took my am pills and then went back and napped until after 10am. I then awoke and drank a five hour energy. I think my “fatigue” is because Kaiser's web site is screwed up and they don't even have the large or small ritalin on my list of prescriptions. I notified my neurologist and received a message back from “his team” with an unacceptable answer. Their ad's say “pick Kaiser and Thrive”, well they are sure making it harder and harder to “THRIVE” ! I awoke to a 2+, after 12+- hours of interrupted sleep. I have been taking my “screwy dream” pill (ariset) in the morning, with the permission of my neurologist but the dreams still persist. I am not sure when I will post because I do not plan on getting out of my sweats again today. I did watch the PSU/CARROLL game and CARROLL was stomped, but then again, P.S.U. is the largest university in the State of Oregon and they have many more players to choose from, maybe more than the whole state of Montana; and they have a kid named Monahan on their team. I have my bumper stickers for the Labor Day picnic. I took my B.P. at about 11:45am and I am back here in the computer room to get hooked up and checking my email. My B.P. Was 164/88/72 at 11:45am. If I am lucky I will post this afternoon, it did get posted yesterday; but I never know?

***KAISER PERMANENTE MAKES IT TRULY HARD TO THRIVE !***

PERSONAL:

I have my bumper stickers for the Labor Day picnic and Judi did remember to put out the flag this morning as I did forget yesterday. We need to remember Brothers Jimmy Walters, Brother Bill Edens, brother Dennis Hutzenbieler, (who looked pretty good at Kara's wedding), Brother Sonny Newsom, brother Gil Freeland for their speedy and successful recoveries who are recovering from surgeries.
