I awoke this morning at 7:00am, and after 9+ hours of sleep I awoke to a 3-. I hope to be a little busy today and try to get some picketing in today at my local banks, the news said it is supposed to be relatively nice today, but they also said it was 34 degrees when it was only 26 on the deck. I have to say again Thank You to sister Danni for coming over to help me with my shadow box layout for Mike J. and I found the picture of Dad and I from the Labor Press article after my election at the Holman Hall, and brother Marty did say I could get his convention badge for my proposed layout. Is a 2' square shadow box too big? I am still looking for my photo from my 1st Convention, (1976) and I know it is around here somewhere. Judi did email me the photograph of the brothers and cousins at the 2011 convention and I did forward it to Betsy to see if she could get it in the Montana Standard, and I did manage to get it posted on the front page of my blog, and it will go into my shadow box. With Amy Pahut activated, Army Reserve, and heading to Kuwait in July; please keep her in your thoughts and continue that “soldiers prayer”. It appears we are in for some good weather for the next few day's, but their predictions are sorta like politicians promises. I should be able to get some more picketing in at the local B. of A. for a few hours, hopefully, and maybe this time I will remember my fliers. I did get a couple hours in yesterday, one guy actually thanked me for pressuring B. of A. to stop their $5.00 ATM Charge. The “WALL STREET, BANKSTERS demonstrations continue and, I still believe that the credit Unions should get together and have a “C.U.M.O.” Credit Unions are Member Owned, gathering around the City. and the city should BILL the Banks for the Cities clean up costs, with some sort of “Business License fee” to pay for the clean up; and I did send this suggestion to Mayor Adams. SHOCK OF ALL SHOCKS, Commissioner Fritz was supporting the “occupiers” right to protest, so far anyway, it's alright here but apparently not in Ireland. I did hear that Commissioner Fritz voted against the “jobs” Columbia River Crossing project.

My flier for the local branches of Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank, have been very popular at the union, and the AFL-CIO rally downtown, and maybe this week I will have a good days for me to picket, and I WILL remember my fliers.

I have ordered MY issue of the “History of the AOH in America”.

OUR LAST AOH MEETING WAS GREAT, AND WE HAD A GREAT DISCUSSION ON WHICH POLITICAL PARTY IN IRELAND WE MIGHT BELONG TO IF WE WERE RESIDENTS AND VOTERS. WE ALSO FOUND OUT GERALD IS OPENING ANOTHER KELL'S AT 21ST AND EVERETT, BUT I THINK IT WILL JUST BE BREW PUB AND SPORTS BAR.

I still think we need a few OREGONIANS on Father McManus's “Congressional Friends” list. We must never forget the Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971, (40 years searching for justice). We need to realize along with a number of Irish Catholic's, including a priest that were assassinated that day there were also a number of Northern Irish Protestants. This battle for justice that is being waged here in the U.S.A. by father McManus is also being waged in Belfast Northern Ireland by a heroic Belfast protestant named Raymond McCord Sr., whose son was also assassinated. I have received Father McManus's book and it was signed by our New Assistant G.P., and I now have a better understanding of commissioner Fritz's racist Animosity towards the Irish. I did send Father McManus a check to join his efforts and he sent me a thank you and I am now a Congressional friend of Father McManus.

I AM REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING COUSIN DAN AND GETTING MY COPY OF FROM BELMULLET TO ANACONDA ON MONDAY, I SURE HOPE BOBBIE IS OVER HER PROBABLE HANGOVER.

FOOTBALL – THE DUCKS DID WIN THE PAC12 CHAMPIONSHIP YESTERDAY, AND RATHER HANDILY TOO!! I DID PICK UP MY SURPRISE FOR COUSIN BOBBIE FOR NEXT MONDAY. GO SEAHAWKS, GO STEELERS, MARTY AND DEAN ARE PROBABLY STILL HAPPY NOW AS THE RAIDERS IN FIRST PLACE.
