PERSONAL & PROPAGANDA:

I awoke this morning at 7am and after just 8+ hours of sleep with a short interuption, to be reported on later, then I took my am pills at 8 am. I awoke to a 2+, just a 2+ because I had another late night last night, as we went across the street to Shelly and Gary's for Oscar night, I thought “Money Ball”, “The Help”, and the “Girl with the Dragon Tatoo” were going to do better, they were the ones I saw and maybe my love of baseball and admiration for Phillip Seymore Hoffman and Brad Pitt carried too much weight in my decision, but I also new Meryl Streep and George Cooney, would definitely have a good showing. My short interuption in sleep was because I had a dream and started to write my own movie/screenplay/novel ? I had a lot of pain last night because of the time in my ancle brace. I did also invite Charlie Hales to the AOH, Mary Nolan event on March 3rd. I hope I have my table filled, Judi and I, Charlie? and guest, Joe Esmonde and Paul Riggs cousin Bill and Kara cant make it but I did contact another good Irish Catholic to fill out the table. I am not sure when I will post, because I have a couple of errand's to run and I will also try to update my Mehrens/Monahan blog today, as I missed yesterday but I also need to work on my “novel” :-). The DOW is up over 13,000 again today. I think I will challenge myself to cut back this blog, the Mehrens/Monahan blog and my daily “novel” writing to 600 words or less.

KAISER – M.S. REPORT:

My B.P. Today is 121/72/67 at 8:45am pretty good considering the late night last night. My last appointment with my neurologist went well and he changed some of my medications and he scheduled a new appointment for March 22nd to see how the new regimen is working, he did warn me one of the side affects may be some crazy dream's; and I must say they have been.

And based on what I have been seeing and hearing, the Republicans have Organized Labor directly in their cross hairs at least for the next 2 years.

UNION REPORT:

We still to remember Brother Jimmy Walters is recovering from vascular sergery but, please add him to your prayers for a speedy and successful recovery.

It is the political season and I would encourage all you politico's to get a “Union Bug” on your printed material. I personally prefer Hollywood Impress, because they have always met my needs.

The Family dinner on St. Patrick's Day does sound wonderfull.

I have my “shadow box” and will start putting it together, being the Mehrens family has 431+- years in the United association from Portland, Oregon to Iron Mountain, Michigan! I know this may be considered an unnessesary repeat but, I am sooo proud.

It still appears I am the the only “follower” on my “MEHRENS/MONAHAN” blog?
